Ohio Transformers Sightings

-sigh- It's alright. I wasn't referring to you personally. Just coupled with that, I was having a shit day. Sorry.

Well, perhaps I misunderstood, sorry if I offended.

That said, whenever I go into a store, I always try to straighten up the Transformers pegs a little and remove non-TF items from the wrong pegs (if I have time, of course) on the theory that it'll help them sell and that store will be more likely to get new product in the future.

Toledo update:

Of the 5 new waves of TFs, I've only seen one in Toledo: I saw Bot Shots wave 2 (Brawl, Mirage, Ratchet, and clear Bumblebee) at the Oregon Meijer. Has anyone else seen Cyberverse Legion Wave 2, Cyberverse Commander Wave 2, Deluxe Wave 3, or Voyager Wave 2?

On the slightly-older-but-still-kinda-rare front, I've seen Rescue Bots Boulder finally showing up at both Targets and Walmarts around town. There's one at the Central Ave Walmart as of 30 minutes ago if anyone wants it.

I do that as well. Before I started working at toys'R'us, as I was waiting for the HR guy to come out and call me in for the interview I went to the main figure aisle and he came up to me as I was straightening up the Transformers and Star Wars not even hired. It was horrible, pegs torn off the walls, voyagers in piles. Awful.

Other than a mountain of Bee's on the shelves I've not seen much. Locally, I still see Wheeljack, Arcee, Soundwave, and Ratchet as well as Bee.

As a positive though I've been getting my black Unicron pieced together. Having a hell of a time getting the wing clips though. I still need the ones for the right side.

I'm gonna wait for the deluxe - the pics make it look righteous, and between new stuff in the pipeline and the botcon set, my free cash is tied up for the present.

I just may have to! I'm not a huge Cyberverse fan, but it looks nice!

It is nice! I'm not a Cyberverse fan either but I'm glad I bought Evac. It's a cool toy.

DeeJay: I was confused by what they said about Evac at the Hasbro panel. Is the deluxe version a Universal Studios exclusive only is it the packaging that is exclusive?

I don't know how recent my info is, but it sounded like that color-scheme/ packaging was exclusive to the studio

There's an inevitable repaint for a wide release.

That's what I seem to remember reading, as well.

We need to find someone within driving distance to hook the Ohio board up with a group-buy.
