I sure did, sir. I love him, he's really cute! There were a bunch left too. They ring up for $16 and change with today's extra 10% it seems.
Glad to hear! I did go though all the boxes, all the same UPC, so no Arcee. I even cracked open a few to double check lol. I agree, he looks awesome next to Twinfurno
Tru at Polaris does in fact have a bunch of grotesque's behind the counter near video games. Maybe a dozen or more on Saturday.
Poop poop poop, I am stuck at work and there's no way I can make it tonight. Is there anybody from Dayton-ways who was going to go down and get one of these that would be willing to get a second for me?
I just left. They have a ton still. You should be fine if you can go in the next day or so. They're in the "fan vault" section. Near this enormous section of just Gypsy Avenger.
Thanks for the tip Skyclaw! The Toy Department (great name btw) has been open for about 3 months now - so how in the hell did I miss this? I finally got a chance to check the place out this past weekend. Totally reminds me of The Earth Collectible Toy Mall - and that's a good thing! I'll be going there at least once a month from now on. If you are in Cincy, I highly reccomend that you check out The Toy Department!
It's actually in the area before that now, the "Fan Vault" area. Where the general collectibles are. Also got a PM about a guy asking if i'd buy him like 20 Grotesque and he'd pay me. So thats fun.
Yeah, that's why I don't want to wait, by the time I can make the drive tomorrow they will all be gone.
That is a good point. I would have hid one for you, had I known. The guy who messaged me on here says he's in Florida, so he wont be an issue since I dont think im gonna buy 20 for some guy.
Browbeat my brother into going for me. Supply looks to be damaged... a bit... but still a healthy amount.
Swoop Dogg, Glad to help out! From what I've read about this place and I've spoke to the guy, He or they are former owners of The Earth Collectible Toy Mall! The guy I spoke with he owns the place and lives in my neighborhood around the South Dayton area. Again, he buys/sells/trades toys or collectibles! The place has been opened since February of this year. I'm in that area at least once or twice a month. Whoever can go there, please do!!!
Walmart on Princeton had Studio Series stuff and an Optimus without a head... I did not hear or see a head in the box... Also, if anyone sees the new McFarlane Destiny figure, please let me know. They're in the front area with the trading cards. The one I'm looking for is the one in the picture. It's a WalMart Exclusive and walmart and McFarlane have been of no help to a UPC/sku to track it yet. Thanks All.
Bummer about that OP. I recently found a SS BB with both forearms missing. These SS boxes can be opened from the bottom (which is not taped) and re-closed without any tampering being evident...um...except for the missing pieces.
Don't even bother checking out the TRU, Walmart, and Meijer in Eastgate if you're looking to get any new PotP. Safe to say Studio Series Voyagers and Deluxes are abundant enough to not really bother reporting at this point.
that feeling when you legitimately aren't sure if it's just terrible QC standards or some scumbag popped the box open and stole the head...
Saw those 4 inch Jada Metalfigs of Bumblebee and OP at Meijer in Kettering. They were with the Funko vinyl figures. Had wave 1 deluxes and voyagers of the studio series, no leader class though. Waves 1 and 2 of POTP legends.
