The Silverdale Target has all of the Deluxe CW Stunticons. Drag Strip is the Wave 1 version without a comic. They also have multiple Legends figures, including Thundercracker, Powerglide, and Bombshell.

The Silverdale Toys"R"Us has Drag Strip with the comic, and CW Optimus and Silverbolt.

I will be vacationing in Portland, and Seattle in the next few weeks, are there any shops that sell vintage transformers and 3rd party?

 

In Portland, there are no stores that sell third party.

For vintage stuff, check out both Billy Galaxy and Dr. Tongue's. Billy Galaxy has a nice selection but sky high prices, Dr. Tongue's has really good prices but not nearly as much inventory. He does have some boxed G1 figures though, like the Dinobots and the Predacons, along with a bone white Jetfire.

 

Ages 3 and up sells third party stuff in Canada. It is about a two hour drive from Seattle.

avoid this place at all costs unless you're desperate. Read the reviews on YELP if you don't believe me. Bobakhan in Everett has nicer people and is more reasonable. There's a small shop in Lacey, WA called toybox collectables which has some G1. Toy Stable in Tacoma...Hypersonic Toys in Lakewood.
