News Credits: 4 | Someone to my rescue FINALLY! ![]() Ok, another 2 more months & I'll be there in HK so I need to know the toy shops that's located on the island. As per my quote above, I'd been to CTMA building so are there any other toy shops selling TFs? Best for me if you could point me in the correct direction so that I know just where to hit when I'd touched ground. Any prominent toy shops in HK that really sell TFs? Any clusters? (As in you start hitting one particular street & you find a stretch of hobby shops lining along the pathway or something) Asking because the last time I was there, (which was last year) I saw these shops selling Gundams & pretty much everything else except TFs. ![]() Would really appreciate your kind assistance so as to make this upcoming trip an equally memorable one. ![]() Quote:

Causeway Bay has quite a few TF shops, Wanchai also, Mong Kok/Ya Mau Tei also has large scale toy malls. PM me and I can provide you more info. |

I found a big warehouse that's open to the public that contains all major franchises. It's kind of like Pirates of the Caribbean where no-one can find the "Isla de morto" except those who know the way. This place has loadsa TF's from G1 to recent lines you name is BW, BM, Unicron Trilogy lines etc all for cheap. For a reference point I got hold of a MISB Armada Demolishor for approx US$14 which ain't too bad considering the age of the line. Comparable prices can be found for all lines and there are loads other places to go in HK. I have two additional MISB Armada Demolishors available for anyone who visits HK and wants to put one in the collection. Cheers. |

Was wondering if you can come out with a list or something? I reckoned that these would all be gone by the time I reach HK. Still another 1 & a half months more to go. (Time is certainly crawling! )Quote:

The best thing to do is to make a list of what you would ideally like to get and let me know. If you really wanted to secure some items we could arrange something via PM. In the last few months I've managed to get for between US$10 and US$15 the following: Armada Megatron MISB Energon Tidal Wave MISB Armada Wheeljack with Starsabre team MISB Armada Smokescreen, Perceptor, Hotshot, Demolishor MISB I've also managed to get hold of, for varying prices: Armada Prime MIB Energon Megatron MIB RID Magnus MISB and many more. If you want to lock down items ahead of your visit you should let me know what you are looking for. I check fairly regularly and can scout for you. The one items I regret passing up on was a MISB Armada Jetfire!! | |

WHY did I even type "August" in the first place??? ![]() My bad there, its October 28 instead, NOT August. Heard from ki the King that you're hitting HK in a group of 6 so HOW are you gonna start looking for toys?? You gonna ditch your crew in Lantau Island or what? ![]() Quote:
