Just found wave 4 in Dartmouth, Ma. Grabbed Airachnid, and Dead End! Caught up on Prime now.. Looks like wave 3 is going to be harder to find now and the vehicon will have to wait till wave 4 revision..

Just got back from Walmart in North Kingstown, it has TF Prime: 1 knockout, 2 bee's, 1 hotshot, 1 ratchet, 1 soundwave, 2 Voyager Optimus's and 1 Voyager Starscream (had 2 but I grabbed myself one) incase anyone was looking for any of them.

As of Friday 6/29/12 there were 2 TF Prime Cyberverse Optimus Maximus left at the Kmart in Cranston, Garfield Plaza.

I scored a few good CHUG figures from BBTS vintage (scout Brakedown i.e. Breakdown, deluxe Bludgeon, and deluxe Ratchet). All better than eBay prices, too. I traded some extra GI Joe PoC/30th Cobra Troopers for store credit at the Toy Vault in Warwick to help snag the Classics Ironhide they had (ended up paying $13 for him).

If anyone is impatient, Toy Vault Warwick has a set of the FoC figures for $19.99 each. That's not too bad considering deluxe figures are now $16 at TRU.
