I do have to ask, is Raf's voice noticeably different, or did it match up pretty well with the previous seasons?

 

He sounded pretty much the same. Which is kinda of rare. Because when we met his voice actor, who is an absolutely awesome humble guy, he was 17. So maybe that voice break/change hasn't occurred for him yet, or maybe it has. But he sounded only a tiny bit deeper in his actual voice than Rafs voice.

 

Regarding itsy bitsy ( we saw a long cut) It had flashbacks, it had summaries as well. For all we know this could of been a flashback. And in the actual episodes she doesn't even come back to the decepticons yet. So apologies If I am confusing that. You guys can roast me on the 22nd

The beast concept being a late add to the season might help explain why the Autobots aren't immediately sporting their more toy accurate armor. Makes me wonder if they ever will or if this will perhaps instead be a toy only incarnation... or is happening later in the season? Was hoping the storyline in the show would hew closely to the bios included with each Beast Hunters toy, but perhaps they was only ever intended to be a 'pocket universe' storyline.

 

My thoughts;

How were Jaspers inhabitance evacuated? Where to? (Noting the Decepticons have a cannon powerful enough to reach the U.S.)
Why Smokescreen? Especially considering Ratchet?
WTF? Why are they heading back to Jasper when Jasper is devastated by the Decepticons and has a giant Decepticon fortress in the middle of it?
If Megatron has a fortress with that big a cannon, why the hell doesnt he use it to wipe out everything?
Why does Megatron want to pretend to be good? Why is Megatron lying to Folwer?
If Bumblebee changed his paintjob for those reasons, why did none of the rest of the Autobots change their appearance?
Wheeljack was shown comlinking everyone, is this his mistake in episode 2?
Pretty sure most the relics were destroyed in the explosion on Cybertron... though it is interesting, especially when the armour was with the rest of the relics.
Pretty sure the Shifter was destroyed also...
Shockwave has and always will be 2nd in command.
Starscream's role has pretty much always been military leader.
Soundwave is always the scientific experiment leader.
So Ultra Magnus appears in the episode Wheeljack messes up yet the description for episode 3 states that he appears in that episode?
Guessing Wheeljack was captured in episode 2 then?
Ratchet has never wanted anything to do with war.
So are we going to see more clones? Seeing as Starscreams base has cloning/red energon?
Predaking appears in episode 2 along with Ultra Magnus, while Wheeljack is messing up and getting captured...
Airachnid is back working with the Decepticons again? Disappointing

How long has passed since TF;Prime Season 2 - in terms of continuity?

Did any of the Decepticons/Autobots have an upgrade other than Bumblebee?

Were there any Silver drones - the one's that appeared in the finale of season three?

Is there much explanation to Shockwave and the Predacons?

Is there an explanation as to why Megatron wants an alliance with the Humans?

Do we see Jack's mum? Or any of the other human side characters? (Other than Fowler)

Does Megatron appear to have a plan of any kind?

Anything in Starscream's base? Red Energon? Clones? Anything you could see that might hint about future episodes?

 

Just wondering? Is the ending of Episode 4 a cliff-hanger? Or just it just end. Only wondering due to the rumored month break between episodes and because it might be condensed into a four episode movie?

 

Great, the one possible character death I wanted was reverted.

 

It was bound to happen... she was being kept alive to be brought back and due to the pressure of 'selling toys' and introducing the new gimmick of 'Beast Hunters' her plotline has likely being dropped completely.

The story seemed truncated, yet I know this sounds very stupid but it all was still a great 2 episodes if that makes sense. I compare it to Revenge of the Jedi. Did any of the Decepticons/Autobots have an upgrade other than Bumblebee? Not that we could see. However like I said, Smokescreen is using that device that lets him go through walls and carry people with him through them. He does this by carrying Optimus out of the rubble and into hiding in a cave.

Were there any Silver drones - the one's that appeared in the finale of season three? Only thing I clearly saw was that Starscream has his own seeker army. They are all colored silver.


Is there much explanation to Shockwave and the Predacons? Shockwave comes out saying he was left for dead. He repaired himself in a lab because his face was damaged. He worked on experiments (predaking) But when he heard all the decepticons searching on the commlinks after they totaled the autobot base and were searching for Optimus and some relics, he decided to go "check it out". And thats how he gets back to Megatron and the decepticons.

Is there an explanation as to why Megatron wants an alliance with the Humans? Starscream eluded and Megatron didn't disagree, that he was lying to the humans. Waiting for the time to strike.

Do we see Jack's mum? Or any of the other human side characters? (Other than Fowler) Fowler is holding it down and actually he comlinks with Megatron. Megatron offers peace and to co-exist. Jacks mom is helping Fowler on whatever army base he's at. She really misses Jack. Jack messes up by texting her and the decepticons find out him and Arcees whereabouts because I guess they got ATT. Raf is chilling with bee and they locate Ratchet through an internet sighting. Bulkhead and Mico meet up with Wheeljack once he escapes. Wheeljack is shown captured at the beginning of the show. No backstory as to how he was captured. But he breaks free after almost being executed by Starscreams goons.

Does Megatron appear to have a plan of any kind? His plan appears to find all of the autobots kill them and then most likely recreate Earth in his image. He then is very happy about Shockwaves experiment because it will make it easier to hunt down the Autobots with Predaking

Anything in Starscream's base? Red Energon? Clones? Anything you could see that might hint about future episodes? No clues in this base. It was very dark lit.

 

Wait have we seen SW in Prime yet or is this his first appearance? Did I miss an episode?!?

 

Yes. He appears in a flashback episode when Arcee was first getting to know Cliffjumper.

VaderPrime1, Out Of The Past, the 17th episode of the second season.

 

I'm not going to read any more - I'll wait for the show to air so I can judge it with out pre-conceptions and then I may enjoy it all the more for that..

But the whole Rendezvous thing made me chuckle - that smacks of cartoon logic for sure.

I bet a lot of people will be hoping there is some Youtube users in Singapore though.
