    No man, it goes:

Also, this show is barley dark. They've only shown four deaths onscreen, not counting random Vehicons and Insecticons.

    Cliffjumper- Onscreen
    Skyquake- Onscreen
    Makeshift- offscreen
    Tailgate- offscreen
    Seaspray- Offscreen
    Orion Pax Insecticon- Onscreen
    Breakdown- Offscreen
    Crossfire Insecticon- onscreen

True, but Breakdown's death might as well have been on-screen. They showed his severed limbs and everything.

This one was pretty much on-screen. Megatron ripped off it's limbs and beheaded it. They didn't show the blade making contact, but again, they might as well have. The sound alone was enough.

And let's not forget Raf being gravely injured and Fowler being TORTURED. Deaths aren't the only thing that make a show dark.

But it didn't show it's head leaving it's body. It just showed Megs's sword, then it's head rolling aside.

My point is, we heard the sound. Sometimes the sound can be just as graphic as the visual.

EDIT: They also showed the Insecticon's eyes going dark, which is why I consider it an on-screen death.

Orion Pax Part 3, Crossfire, Nemesis Prime, Grill, Armada, Toxicity.

Those two episodes aren't enough to make up for all this fail.

Exactly! I never thought I'd actually hear someone wish a Transformer show to remain kiddy and not graduate to something more serious. They let GI-Joe grow up, but Transformers has not been able to shake the (we need kids in the show). It's like Hasbro doesn't believe in the Robot's appeal on their own merits. Been watching Tron Uprising, wishing that Transformers could receive the same treatment, and people are hoping that the show remains kiddie. There one for every opinion, I suppose.

For Prime to go dark, they have to either go 2D or hire Lucasfilm animation to do Season 3.

The show getting darker may mean more pointless shock deaths like Breakdown.

    Please don't be true.

They're going too far with the dark bullshit already.

Jesus Christ let the show have some fun already.

I wouldn't say too far I would say its a nice sweet spot. At the same token I would not be against it getting darker, after all this is not Animated or Beast Wars and are not as limited in their audience.

It seems like The Hub is setting up multiple Transformers flavors and Prime is certainly the vehicle to the dark option, why not go all the way with the story?

Pffft, this show wishes it was that good.

Beast Wars was the perfect mix of serious and fun.

I love beast wars but, it was way too silly at times

As for Animated it was fantastic but, it was never intended to be anything more then A TF show for a younger auudence.

Both those shows were limited by its demographic

Prime has the opportunity and burden of being Transformers for a broader auidence

If Animated is the kiddy show, then why are so many things in Prime left hanging and unresolved as if it's viewers are a bunch of scatter brained fools who won't give a damn or even remember said lines or plot points?

Simple they have yet to be addressed and are probably being branched out through out the series.

I never said Animated was poorly writen I said it was designed for a young auidence.
