What sense does it make if it gets intense in the second season and not already in the first? If I wouldn't be a Transformers fan, I would have already stopped watching. I only watch TFP because it is Transformers. There were some cool moments, but nothing special yet. Almost half of the episodes could have been left out.

I mean, they have shown they are able to produce great episodes. But it always takes so long until another great episode comes. And I really hope the next season is MUCH better. Sometimes I almost forget that there is actually a new Transformers show running... ok, now there is a break. But you know what I mean  

 

a new opening would be nice, I enjoy the current opening..but it just doesn't have the same appeal as other transformers show openings

 

I would love a new intro like they did in G1 and in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

 

I had to look that up to see what you were talking about, and my teeth rotted out from the cuteness of the MLP intro. That would, and I say this with trepidation because I know there are a lot of bronies here, be horrible if the TFP theme designers whatyoucallem took inspiration from those two themes. I'd rather just keep the mediocre theme we have.

 

Both Beast Wars and Animated had episodes that could be left out of the their respective shows too! So it's not like Transformers Prime is the only one here gulity of it. I'm not gonna lie about the first season having some flaws,I can think of some,but it still did a great job on at least having us know some of the most awsome characters on the show as well as giving a good backstory on Unicron and the 13! It's my opinon of course so I'm satisfied with it! 

Of course TFP has been able to make great episodes! I mean the writers can actually look back and find out what didn't work in Season 1 and improve them in Season 2! Many shows usually get better every new season so I think TFP won't be any much different! It may be good it may be horrible but let's just see first before making final thoughts on it!

 

Now, now, let´s not forget that other shows aren´t devoted of their own White Knights. Pretty sure similar White Knightning happened with Animated too.

 

No they didn't. They all gave character developement or drop plot points to be followed up on. And if not, were still solid episodes on their own. TF Prime however has done very little to start up plot points and despite the filler in Season 1 still has half the characters underdeveloped. Unicron and the 13 were literally brougth in at the very end almost completely out of nowhere and Unicron at least for now seems to have been put down.

That was usually just folks saying "Ugh the style is so shitty" over and over. Not legitimate complaints like slow pacing and bland characters.

 

Anything with the humans villains in Animated could have been let out honestly.

 

Let's see how season 2 turns out. It's pretty obvious to me some of the "filler's" just setting the stage for something else; for example, I HIGHLY doubt the Shadowzone environments were rendered like that for a one-shot, plus we know that Skyquake's death/"resurrection"'s going to have some ramifications. I agree with your comments regarding the pacing, but it remains to be seen what is truly disposable regarding season 1.

Don't you have ONE good thing to say about the show AT ALL? Honestly will it HURT to have a bit of optimusium about Season 2?! Seriously
will it? For someone who says he likes the show you really seem to not care for the show greatly! Has it ever occuered to you that the writers DO HAVE the poteintal of improving their writing? Have you ever thought of that? Can't you stop being such a pessimise about Season 2 for once until it starts airing?

Well I'm pretty sure the past shows had their OWN share of white knights like you mentioned especially for TFA. Come to think of it am I the only white knight for TFP or is there more on the forum?
