It never occured to me that that was an animation error. storyboard? possibly, but not animation.

Well, the council clearly are just flat out dumb, but that would be the only way to explain why the statues still stand.

It depends on whether Prime and the team are popular with "the common folk" and hated by the council, or whether they're hated by the common folk and the council that came to power reflects that.

Personally I hope it's the latter. What do you do when someone has a bad opinion of you and you don't know how to change it? Do you choose to hide yourself to avoid the stony looks? Do you stare back challengingly? Try to ignore it? When you've spent millions of years punching things to defend yourself, what happens when you're in a situation where punching people would only make things worse?

To me that's a lot more interesting than "gee gosh golly willikers, we sure do love you, Optimus and Bumblebee!! If only that silly council wasn't so mean and bad!!"

Anyway, I kind of feel it is the latter due to the council sending bounty hunters after Bumblebee. Apparently they weren't worried about political fallout from arresting a war hero, which suggests that Cybertronians in general don't hold Bumblebee in high regard. (Which could range anywhere from "I hate that guy" to "eh, who cares.")

Well it doesn't matter with the storyboard... The Animation and storyboard are made separately... It's not like animation is overlaid on the storyboard.
The storyboard is just early blocking and character direction, it was an Animation error

    Animation errors:

Fracture's silhouette in the Alchemor database despite him not being a prisoner. (Not a dossier, just a silhouette).

In Drift and Fracture's debut episode, right before Fracture says, "There's my prize!" Bumblebee has no mouth, it just disappears.

Totally agreed, turning the Autobots into Robin Hoods would be boring.

Not so much of errors but more off some gripes.

~First off Prime's training would've been much cooler if we would've seen training scenes with him training with the other Primes.

~R.I.D. is a technical crime show so having unnamd characters or characters who's crimes are unknown just feels downright stupid.
