It's usually the start to most series.

 

This series was slated for 78 episodes, correct? Let's say Season 3 is 26 episodes (45 episodes thus far + 26 = 71). Theoretically, we could have a 7-part "Season 3.5" afterwords wrapping up everything. If Hasbro decides to add onto that and new create storylines, that would be great too. I don't think they have to adhere to CN's standards, as they could essentially have this series as a Netflix semi-exclusive, i.e. what DC may be doing with Young Justice.

 

I'm guessing that the Endgame episodes will take place on Cybertron and there will be a revolution or rebellion

 

and Megatron'll be at the head -_-

 

Unlikely. We've already gotten clues that someone with horns is behind the corruption.

 

Megatron? But he quit doing evil at the end of Predacons Rising.

i mean taking down the corrupt government this time around, hopefully this time around he'll just go for a perfectly structured government with him and Optimus at the head

 

I don't know. He was the Decepticon warlord that did cause Cybertron's destruction, so I'm guessing the council or the public will treat him like shit.

 

And with good reason  

 

Actually fighting for freedom this time could be his redemption.

Maybe he'll die a hero defending Optimus or Bee or someone.

I really want Steeljaw to play a role. I actually think it'd be great comedy for Steeljaw and Starscream to ally themselves as a "third faction" in the Prime vs Council thing and make some progress but never actually win because they keep betraying each other.

They've got a good roster of characters that they can have a lot of fun with if they put in the effort, I'm saying.

 

I'd love it if Megatron died/sacrificed himself for the greater good to prove to everyone he changed. But I doubt it.

 

So i watched abit of season2 and low behold it was alright, not fantastic, but alright towards the end of season when they finally get to the point. This corruption idea is an interesting one. It is an intersting twist on most TF series because generally although having made mistakes the counsil still stands as good in most as far i as know...

For once Optimus or even Bee is going to have to rebel against the authority, usually the role left to bad guy Megs. It is good that Transformers will have that storyline in their repertoire because true to life right now i feel revolution all up in this mofo.

It is probably going to explain why Grimlock had the con badge because he rebelled. Possibly i predict all or most the current characters will join forces to over come whatever evil has befallen the council.

 

I don't doubt that this character in this universe could, but I do think it'd be a little on the dark side for RIDs creative team

 

I'd rather they not kill off Megs, let alone use the worn-out "former villain sacrifices his life for the greater good" cliche. There's still years worth of potential stories to get out a neutral Megatron. Please don't waste that for cheap, limited storytelling.

 

seeing how Prime hasn't had any Metrotitan appear in it (except for Metroplex in FOC), Fortress Maximus could be a option, or Omega Supreme who hasn't been in a TF series since Animated

 

I wonder what role 'Twinferno' will have in this.
Would he be on the side of the council ir the Autobots?
