Graduation Ceremony:
When Hank discovers the Autobots, they have to run interference as a Decepticon decides to crash her school year.

One Man Band:
When an Autobot communications expert arrives to help set up a way to transmit to Cybertron, the team has trouble dealing with him and his entourage.

 

"All Expense Paid": When a Decepticon hijacks the Autobot's Groundbridge, separating Team Bee across the globe, it's up to Fixit, Denny and Russell to bring the team back.

Introduces Override, famed Decepticon hacker. Based on a cricket, turns into a motorcycle.

"Small Steps": After a lunar rover photographs some familiarly sigled UFOs, Team Bee heads to Earth's moon to capture a trio of fugitive Minicons.

Introduces small time crooks Space Case, Comettor, and Raidar. They all turn into discs like Slipstream and Jetstorm.

 

I have another in my head that I figured I'd share.

Set in Season 2

Viewing Bumblebee's leadership potential, Optimus comes to view himself as an older model that has lost the charisma he once honed during his early days as Autobot Leader. The others realize something is wrong with Prime, and try to cheer him up... with jokes on his age that only causes Optimus to realize how ancient he truly is.

Meanwhile, the Decepticon pirate Finback arrives on earth with his crew of Seacons. The Decepticon is by all appearances a cynical old man that falls into coughing fits from time to time. He remedies this with a shot of sorts. The Autobots arrive to fight him, but during the fight, Optimus notices his joints locking up in spite of his new body. Despite Prime's shortcomings, the team does fairly well against Finback's pirates. However, when Bumblebee attempts to take on the captain, Finback unleashes his niche. Finback's chest opens up, and a rusting hand reaches out, grabs Bumblebee, and infects him with a metal-wasting disease.

Upon their retreat, Fixit determines that there is a cure, but it needs to be applied within the hour, otherwise it will only prolong the inevitable. Luckily, it is determined that the shots Finback supplies himself with are used for remedying his own metal wasting disease.

With Bumblebee indisposed, Optimus takes charge and leads the Autobots to take on Finback. Finback, for whatever reason, plans on destroying the city, followed by earth. This confuses the others, as they'd figure a pirate would rather plunder than destroy mindlessly. When action calls, Optimus has Strongarm and the others lead Finback's pirates away, while Optimus takes on Finback himself. They fight for a short while, but Prime's pausing joints gives Finback the upper hand, and Prime is subsequently restrained.

Before Finback can kill Prime, the Autobot leader rightfully guesses Finback does not have much longer to live. Finback admits to this, stating that he was around as long as Prime was. He was an adventurer at one point, hailing from the beautiful acid wastes of Cybertron, but when his age permeated a susceptibility to disease, he realized that Cybertronians are not quite immortal. Thus he has since been taking meds and sealing his true (crumbling) form inside a pretender shell to preserve himself. He's angry at his mortality, and he's angry that he hasn't accomplished anything worthwhile. So he decides that the best way to make himself remembered is to destroy the earth and as many other planets as he can accomplish before he dies.

Optimus relates to him, explaining how after dying once, and watching as his own body is breaking down, he can physically feel his time running out. And yet there are still villains like Steeljaw and Megatronous causing havoc that will be causing trouble long after he's gone. He argues to Finback that the much younger Bumblebee may die if he doesn't help them, and that his life is in Finback's hands, should he choose to help them.

Finback understands his reasoning, but breaks down, stating that he has no choice but to either create a legacy of destruction and hatred, or not have a legacy at all. Optimus promises he'll preserve Finback's legacy as someone who was willing to change his ways, and Finback accepts.

Optimus carries Finback's weakening body back to the others, telling the others that the battle is over. Finback offers the medicine, and Bumblebee is healed, as that was his last capsule, Finback has no choice but to go into stasis if he wants to prolong his life. Before being sealed in the pod, Finback asks Prime to let him out once to see the Acid Wastes when they get back to Cybertron, and Optimus accepts.

I imagine it'd end on a higher note, but Optimus would ultimately accept that he ought to live his life to the fullest.

Gonna redo my ideas.

 

Having Sideswipe being chased by Sunstreaker for ditching his brother in lieu of Earth. Sideswipe hides behind StrongArm and begging her to arrest him so he won't sit through another boring party of artists and super rich.

Sideswipe: "He is my bro we are twins."

Bumblebee: "So he is offering a trip back to Cybertron."

Sideswipe: "Sunny is offering trip back to Cybertron to a place worse than jail. A party where the elites of Cybertron talk about meaning of art and the artist. Worse yet you have to behave and be polite. Frankly I rather go to jail."

Sideswipe hates boring parties where Sunstreaker just adores them. Later on it is discover that Sunstreaker used some funds of the super wealthy to take a trip to Earth which is unauthorized. Except his partner finds that Earth is fascinating as it raw beauty and decides to do some exploring on his/her own. Which causes Team Bee hunt down the errant rich mech while Strong Arm is teamed up with the Twins. Drift and the apprentices gone down to secure the ship from the Decepticons. Denny and Fixit listen to air waves for any unusual sightings of giant robots since the target has no insignia to track by the Achemor. Russel comes up with plan find where the Human snobs and elite go there to track down the rich visitor.

Decepticons could use him to black mail team Bee or get him to lead to his ship.

 

Reunited:
Team Bee gets a surprise in the arrival of Optimus, old friends, and a new ally.
* Debut of RiD Ultra Prime. Bulkhead and Ratchet as legs, Wheeljack and Smokescreen as arms, Arcee as weapon (why not).

Another Decepticon combiner is causing trouble, a group who proclaim loyalty and love to Megatron. Team Bee has to resort to reason with this giant amazon or a rampage unseen before will ensue.

The Fall of Nexus (Two-Parts):
Victorion, caught surprised by Bee, shares the tales of her as a Centurion of Nexus Prime. She tells of her training, her first combination, the death of her fellow combiners, and the failure to protect her Prime. She finishes with her reawakening on Cybertron, her discovery by Optimus, and reunion of her team.

A Tangled Web: prior to their first encounter, Drift's former mentor Shadowraker returns to earth the help of an old friend. ((first debut of Tarantulas and return of Shadowraker))

sideswipes obsession with his appearance works against him when an escaped Filch becomes enamored with him. spirited away and separated from his team, he is split between wanting to escape and not wanting to hurt the confused fembots feeling.

It could serve as a place to post RID fan ideas even if the series is almost done.

 

Here's an idea for a sort-of miniseries focusing on the Combaticons (who were teased at one point but haven't shown up)

Air Support: Team Bee finds themselves pinned down when the Decpeticon sharpshooter Blastoff tries to locate an old Decepticon storage unit.

Big Green Dino Smasher: Grimlock meets his match when he faces against Brawl, a heavily armored Decepticon tank.

But Wait, There's More: A Decepticon named Swindle offers Team bee information on the whereabouts of some Decepticons on Earth, but they are hesitant to trust him.

Whirlybird: Vortex, an unhinged Decepticon, goes on a seemingly random rampage through Crown City and only Sideswipe is fast enough to stop him.

All Part of the Plan: After suffering a damaged comlink, Strongarm must outwit the Deception strategist Onslaught to deliver vital information to her team.

Unfriendly Competition: Bumblebee's leadership skills are put to the test when Team Bee goes up against the combined force of the Combaticons.

I know this is a 2 year old post but that idea is actually really funny

Since they're Autobots I could see them all being introduced in a 2-part episode as a G1 callback.
