I should have quoted the replies. I was accidentally still on page one when I made that post. However, I wasn't talking about episode five. I mean, I posted it, so it'd be weird if highly amusing if I had a problem with spoilers for it. I was referring to the talk about episodes 13 and 14 and beyond.

Pretty good episode - Terrashock was pretty reasonable - I don't he's as good as Chop Shop or Hammerstrike though but overall - Pretty good - But I'm already looking forward to seeing Thunderhoof and Filch next Saturday and Sunday and seeing how they fair against the others

Who is Terrashock's boss he kept mentioning? I can't get a hold of the name.

I wonder what interrupted/surprised Optimus, it looked very sudden.
My guess is that there are bigger forces aiming for the Earth... maybe Steeljaw won't be happy about this (a bigger force threatening his position).

I feel for Bee. However he keeps losing me when he does the bad imitation of Sideswipe. I must admit it is like watching Strongarm and Sideswipe together are like siblings. In the essence they are like sibling rivalry going there.

The series just keeps getting better and better. This series just made Bumblebee awesome and lovable again.

    The jokes... just pure awesome!!!

If anyone is not watching RID thinking it's for the litter kids... they don't know what they are missing.

Awesome episode, awesome series! Many thanks to the uploaders.

    Ah, that's him. Thank you.
Interesting they choose this name. Might be continuity important? (not holding up my hope though lol)

I felt the same about him!!! Poor Bee! Sideswipe and Strongarm were just like spoil brats! Lol! Glad he managed to change the situation to his favor. And I'm glad Optimus helped him with his advice (and Russell too). Bee is so sweet. He made me laughed a lot in this episode x3

Now I'll be SO impatient waiting for Optimus to show up again. I'll be missing him.

Did anyone get a good screen cap of Bumblebee's vehicle mode?

Damn, Bumblebee just can't catch a break can he?

Really liked this episode and how it showed Bumblebee's dilemma with his team and wanting to be a good leader like Optimus, really making the Bee character much more interesting and more importantly likable than his Prime self.

And once again the new Decepticon goodness strikes again. I don't know why but I just really like Terrastrike, maybe it's the fact he's essentially a big dumb muscle man for some Cybertronian gangster but just the fact that I think he may be the first Cybertronian in general to have claustrophobia making him pretty unique.

Really looking forward to next weekend so we can get to the Decepticon everyone seems to hold "deer", Thunderhoof.

Previously on Transformers Robots in Disguise. Everything is pretty good, other than a rubbish intro.

    And now, episode 5...

The first scene of Bee pretending to be Optimus was cringe worthy, and took way too long to build up that everyone was going to laugh at him. It was saved by the rather humorous remark by Sideswipe that it was "the worst Starscream impression ever" however the joke became a running gag for the episode, running an already unfunny joke into the ground.

Sideswipe doing that finger thing to Stronarm (is that a Wet Willy?) was cringworthy too, but I did laugh at the line "I'll find a tarp for Grimlock". Also, while I'm not sure it was meant to be funny, I also laughed at Optimus disappearing before he could clarify that he did not just insult Bee.

This week's Decepticon was rather lack-luster. Terrorshock was just an easily scared animal, who happened to be able to talk. His tendency to walk on all fours, and dumbness-induced paranoia made him almost cute on occasion, but almost isn't enough to make him a noteworthy villain. Also, I'm getting sick of every new Decepticon having it's own species, and adding "oid" or even "zoid" to the end of a word does not make a new word.

The cowboy theme at the end was fun, but not something I've ever had an interest in. It was passable, and was a better way to liven things up than horrible jokes, but that's about it.

Finally, we've gotten an extended intro showing the ship crashing, and several Decepticon. Best of all, it doesn't start with a cacophony of loud transformation sounds, mixed with the shouting of "Transformers" as well as dropping the out of tune "robots in disguise" shouting throughout the rest of the intro. It's still a dull intro, but at least it's not an all out audio assault.

So overall, I didn't like the episode, but the one truly awful part of previous episodes has finally been fixed. I guess it didn't carry a pro-Functionist message like the last episode either, so that's also a plus.

Loved to hear Kevin Michael Richardson again, makes me miss Bulkhead a bit. But the episode in it self didn't do it for me, I'm not sure why. Bumblebee trying out his Optimus Prime voice was just so embarrassing, Sideswipe and Strongarm acting like little kids is starting to get a little annoying, Grimlock is still Grimlock (that's a good thing). I hope we get some interesting cons soon.

I have one, but I don't know how to post pics directly to the forum. Is that possible or do I have to link the image from a host? I don't know what happened, but I can't manage to upload pics to my Imageshack account, they changed everything!! It seems that it's not free anymore

I'm on board with pretty much everything you said! I dunno, some people claimed that Bumblebee's Optimus impression was a "bad" joke or something, but I found it pretty funny. And this is coming from someone who has no problem with how Optimus himself talks in this continuity-- I'd have figured the vast multitude of people on this site who hate "dull" Optimus would love that the show is now basically making fun of it themselves. Maybe it's not as cool that way, like your parents trying to make a "hip" reference or something. xP

And yeah, definitely! Like really, what's the thing about Terrashock that seems to not work for other people? The fact that he's subservient to an offscreen bad guy as opposed to being in it for himself? I honestly thought that was a refreshing change-- not every criminal has to be a mastermind, after all.

Another thing I've liked about this show so far is how the humans and Bots have to improvise in order to keep their cover-- in the previous show, they had Agent Fowler and his all-encompassing security clearance, but now they have to work a bit harder. Like, we'd have never gotten the awesomeness of "McPlank" if Fowler were around and could just call the museum, claim there's a gas leak, and instantly clear it out. (not that I've a problem with Fowler, of course, I just like that the new show's doing something different)

Anyhow, yes, I'm all set for Thunderhoof next week!

The new intro seems better but this episode was probably not my favorite especially with the jokes. Overall it was passable.

Oh, really? Well then, if you read this TCJJ, thanks for changing the intro. The other one was awful.

yes!! all of this!! this series is awesome that's all!! I will never stop to recommend this series to all the people I know (being or not TF fans)

I was happy to see Optimus again!, I love the fact that Bee thinks that he isn't the best leader but he puts so much effort, I hope he can b an awesome leader in the future!

I loved Terrashock a lot, just think about him, yes he is a "bad guy" but in this time was his claustrophobia who makes him really anger, just imagine if you are claustrophobic suddenly wakes up in a tiny box!, he doesn't attack Russell when he could, in fact he ask where is the exit because he was with a lot of stress for his claustrophobia.
He is not that bad guy, i like it

    there you have!
(I keep the screencaps, you know, for cience)
