Hi guys, Not sure if this is news-worthy, so posted in here as it is definitely RID-worthy. I've been trying to catch a snap of one of these "school" bus for weeks and FINALLY found it parked on the side of the road near my place here on Hong Kong Island. Hasbro seem to be running a marketing campaign for both RID and MLP here in Hong Kong at the moment. These buses generally spend most of their time driving kids to and from school each day. My kids school doesn't use this company but how cool would it be to be picked up in the Transformers bus each day?
I think this showed up on the front page recently, but regardless, that's neat to see. I'm still hoping Japan does up a train for RID or uh... "Transformers Adventure(s)", but they probably won't.
Oh - I see that one now... further down this forum... although that's in China, not Hong Kong. Interesting that they are running the same campaign in both countries. Either way, this shot is of the entire side of the bus unobstructed for any of you that are interested.
I would ride a transformers bus if I saw one in my city. Sometimes out bus system does have painted buses for promotions like that, we have a red verizon one and a blue one with coffee cups on it for starbucks.
Yeah, we get those around NYC too from time to time. Though they're never for stuff that I actually like, like this. :V
