Hailhydra, a huge five-headed hydra-like robot who transforms into a massive snow-plow truck.

Bizarre and very eccentric, this five-headed monstrosity is a mixture of different personalities rolled into one, with each of her heads exhibiting said different personalities; one is apathetic, one is overtly analytical, one is giggly and exuberant, one hungers for battle and the central head is cool and charismatic. She's essentially a one-robot army, with the middle head keeping the others under tabs and absorbing their feedback.

Large and physically powerful, with thick legs, a swinging tail and five flexible necks tipped with a head bearing sharp teeth, Hailhydra is a formidable force on the battlefield, each head capable of analysing and reacting to the environment with impressive speed and synchronisation. Despite her flexibility and raw power, mind you, she can still be outmanoeuvred by particularly quick opponents and struck in more vulnerable areas.

As a snow-plow truck, her theme is naturally the cold and icy. She possesses a unique experimental cryogenic generators that allows her to harness the powers of cold. Each head is capable of emitting streams of freezing ice, smokescreen-like mists and powdery snows, perfectly suited for transforming whole environments into icy wastelands. While this puts her in her home turf, since she is designed to operate in icy environments, the downside is that Hailhydra is constantly emitting cold temperatures, often isolating her from less temperature-tolerant Cybertronians. Perhaps a part of her resents this loneliness, but then, she has herself, herself, herself and herself to keep herself company.

Her vehicle mode lacks the freezing blasts and flailing toothed maws of her hydra form, but makes up for it with raw power and durability. This thing plows robots as easily it plows snow.

So yes. Hailhydra.

Okay, here's mine: Hornette, a femcon who transforms into a bee.

She's a mix of Airachnid, Quillfire and Waspinator. She is able to fire out cerebro-shells from her abdomen to put people under her control, but with effort her mind control can be broken. She is often prone to bad luck (like RID Kelly), thus while her schemes go well at first they eventually backfire on her and leave her a scrapheap.

This would then be repainted in BW Megatron's deco.

 

Quickstrike: scorpion that turns into a fast muscle car,
the tail would be made from the center of the car running from front to back,
which would mean the grill would end up on the end with the stinger,
the remaining parts of the front of the car with the lights and bumper would attach
together to form the head with the lights as eyes,
the sides of the car would flip out, like clampdown, and form the claws,
the legs would fold out from under the car,

all together it wouldnt be that hard of a transformation to pull off
if i decided to make a custom
