With a few changes of course, as I already mentioned what I would change for Season's 2 and 3 but a Thought struck me, what if in order to keep Unicron a big revel, they swapped him out with Thunderwing for the Three Par(Or 4 Part( Season 1 Finale, start with The Dark Energon reading the Decepticons stealing something to help them harvest the Dark Energon and have Raf get crippled leaving the Autobots to attack the Nemesis, only to wind out awakening Thunderwing.

Needless to say I think that maybe saving Unicron for later would build a bit more Suspense and even have people guessing where Unicron is,if he called Thunderwing to Earth especially.

Also Cliffjumper getting killed by Him would definitely up the suspense maybe even having him disintegrated by Thunderwing.

I never really liked how Unicron was portrayed in Prime he felt like he was just sort of shoe-horned into the series
