Considering Fowler suspects some MECH agents are currently actively serving soldiers, it's possible that they'll sway the rest of the government to some plan regarding Nemesis Prime, inevitably to achieve MECH's master plan of an army of man-made Transformers...

What if as shroob suggested, Unicron did get a hold of it, and Nemesis becomes a Herald of Unicron who tries to revive his master?
