It'll be a way of Hasbro telling the fandom to quit it with the whine about no new characters or else this'll happen.

Where as lying to us and saying "Ironhide won't be appearing in Prime" and then say later Ironhide does appear, they can say "Surprise! We didn't wanna ruin it for you guys! "

It's not the same at all lol
One can be written off easily while the other is an abhorrent dick move.
True, if you consider Ironhide being in Prime a good thing that is

Until the contrary presents itself, I'll go by what they said and believe that Ironhide won't be in Prime

Right. Well we wouldn't know if him being Prime is a good thing until he shows up (or gets added to the off screen death tally lol)

I agree with you though, it's best to follow what they say, rather then trying to come up with crazy "maaaaaybe they're hiding something from us" kinda theories, that just leads to WAY too much speculation and ultimately butthurt.

Yeah. It's best not to get your expectations high over something that's just pure speculation. Plus it gets annoying in discussions if everyone's always second guessing and possibly over-analyzing everything

I wanna see him have an off-handed mention that he's dead, and then never be mentioned ever again. The delicious anger from the fandom would fuel Armada Unicron for an eternity

I know right? lol
At least it's not AS bad (it's pretty close though) as the constant "X is gonna die!!!!" threads that kept coming up this season.

I gotta admit, I'd laugh.
Not just because of all the fan-rage, but also because Ironhide would have been fatally shot in the back twice now. lol

At least those threads aren't as frequent as they used to be. If the writers would just stop teasing us and either kill Bulkhead or not they would probably go away.... for a few weeks

This cliffhanger is by far one of the most annoying. Of course though it's oddly coupled with the fact that his voyager wave came out at roughly the same time. It's almost (not saying that they are, but... it wouldn't surprise me) like they're trying to gauge how well Bulkhead sells before the ultimately determine him to be dead or alive from this.
Never a dull moment around here, for better or worse.

This. I agree he exists in the continuity, but fans don't exactly want him to just exist. They want him to be present. Actually there.

As you can tell by my sig, title, and avatar, I am one of those fans.

They shouldn't have used the same cliffhanger twice. It made the ending to "Toxicty" feel...meh. And if they don't kill Bulkhead, then all of "Toxicity" is gonna feel pointless.

Well that's the Prime Forum for you

I agree. I wish they would have added a part to the end where there is a new problem with Bulkhead (cuz he, ya know, flew through the space bridge like a big fireball) or something.
