That's what I was wondering myself. To me, Knock Out would have better chance of knowing to how install a T-Cog. Then again, he did admit in his first appearance that he's better at breaking bodies rather than fixing them or something around those lines. I don't remember the exact quote since it's been quite a while since I saw the episode. That's probably just me, though.

um, she didn't really seem like she wanted to install the t-cog in BB, i'd think knockout would be more capable then she is.
