Why people might not like Grimlock in Prime.

Actually the Dinobots could covertlly fit in Prime. People could consider them monstrous cryptids. They could stay in an amusement park or something as well.

I have a feeling that if he was in Prime that he would be kind of like WJ. Doesn't like Primes way of command, but then comes to respect it.

I totally feel ya, I was this way for the longest time, it wasn't actually until fairly recently that I gained much more an appreciation for them.

People look at the team in two ways:

1) The Dinobots: A team of Autobots who turn into Dinosaurs
2) The Dynobots: A team of Autobots who don't give a good god damn about your life, or the screams and cries of your family begging for their lives. One way or another, they just happen to take on forms that resemble Prehistoric lizard-like-ish animals.

I like the latter, much more. I think it'd also be badass to see them in the forms of some giant Pleistocene mammals.

Except, Optimus has shown intense willingness to kill Megatron since "One Shall Fall".

Food aside though, Grimlock seems like a character who's unique & bizarre enough to be quite interesting, especially given some sort of ailment other than being stupid. If they go with that then well fuck, we'll just have a giant space t-rex running around for a season, but it doesn't need to be like that.

Grimlock will have some hard time showing up as a teamplayer. Someone or something should keep him under leash from going outraged.
