What exactly is Megatron’s plan?

The thing is we know megatron wants to take over the earth but in a different way then what happened on cybertron. From what we've seen he's tried the zombie army, he's tried unicron and now he's trying to find more powerful weapons. We won't fully no his major plan until it happens.

I honestly have no idea, but here what I think he should do:

1. Start attacking Humans in random places around the world
2. Make sure the Autobots know that this will continue unless they surrender
3. Autobots can't track them because they attack at random
4. Since Optimus can condone Human loss, he surrenders
5. ???????
6. CONQUER

Seriously Megatron, you basically have over Six Billion Hostages, use them

the point is they gave him a plan and told the viewers it, and his actions matched up to the plan, especially since it was revealed he was hesitant to go forward with this real plan.

And TFP Megatron has stated his intentions to amass power, rule the Earth, and so on. All of his actions have been perfectly consistent with this. What exactly are you looking for?

True, but that ain't a comfort to everyone else after Megs showed them exactly what he did to the current victim before death finally stopped their screams.

And when Airachnid was with the crew, oh boy. What Megatron did was like a slap on the wrist compared to her idea of punishment.

It's true!

But besides the respect engendered by raw fear, this Megatron has shown himself capable of a great deal of charisma, and he has a decent knack for psychological manipulation. Of course he has followers. He's like Che Guevara meets Charles Manson.
