Is Prime coming to an end?

Just minutes ago, I read a question presented by the Administrator staff of the Transformers Prime facebook page. He asked " How would you "end" Transformers Prime?"

I don't doubt that this may be an indicator of the series coming to an end, or at least an hiatus. Hasbro's earnings have been on the decline since they released the DOTM line, and Battleship was a flop for them as well. Another negative indicator has been the G.I. JOE: Retaliation film being pushed back to March 2013.

Of course, this is all my opinion, but in the past when someone of that position posed such a question, it was because they were already scheduling the series to come to an end.

If prior series are any indication, a TF show typically lasts 2-3 seasons.

Of course not.

They already confirmed Season 3 a while back and we're only on break. The question is how long will the break last.

Hopefully someone will ask that at the SDCC this year.

They may have three seasons confirmed: They had five confirmed for Renegades prior to it getting cancelled. If it runs three seasons, that will most likely be it.

Like everything else it will come to an end. I just hope it sticks around for more than 3 seasons.

transformers prime is one of the most popular show on the hub network, it ain't going anywhere

If it doesn't go on for at least 4 if not 5 seasons I'll eat my hat.

Hell, if anything, my money's on it lasting seven seasons, but that's just one person's opinion.
