So what does everyone think of the screentime Arcee has in the show so far overall? To me it's nice that a femme for once is getting this much screen time since I think Beast Wars. In a way it makes sense seeing how she's arguably the main Autobot next to Optimus and Bumblebee and how she's partnered up with Jack who's arguably the main human in Prime.

Some people feel however that she's overused and is crippling the screen-time of other characters. I can sort of understand this but lately other characters are getting some spotlight escpially Bulkhead. In fact Bulkhead and Starscream in my opinon have just as much screentime as Arcee's and yet they aren't getting complaints about them being overused for some reason.

It may be just me however and I may be wrong.

haha wow...not sure if I was the one who caused a bit of shift off-topic, but yeah I don't really care for any type of shipping whatsoever; I was just pointing out my opinion of Arcee...anyway though, kaijuguy19, I like her amount of screentime; she had aalooottt there for a little bit and now its pretty normal, I think; I think they kinda try to do that with alot of the characters, focus on them alot at certain times and giving them normal screentime at other times

I started watching PRIME back in December, so well after the season was over but I felt that it was sweet to not only have a prominent female character, but have one that is in every episode, even f she isn't the main focus, getting her lines and thoughts in.

It did feel kind of overboard with having the Tailgate flashback, but that was needed to solidify Airachnid as a rival and enemy of Arcee. As of Season 2, I think her screentime is just right. It's not TOO MUCH like some thought was in S1 (she hasn't been in every ep this season), but it's just enough that she hasn't been thrown into the background and forgotten...

This could be to blame because they dealt with Airacnid already, hence Arcee's source of anger and revenge, and they split one mission into 4 seperate episodes to highlight each group of bots. Because of this, Arcee was instantly omitted from 3 eps, but we knew she was still out there doing something at that very moment.

End of rambling=Arcee's Screentime was handled awesomely in S1, but even better in S2 since its toned down but still enough for those who can't get enough Arcee

She's barely did shit since Airachnid got herself locked up.

I'm worried they only focused on Arcee because of Airachnid.

That's a good way of looking at it. I think so too. I didn't think she was hogging up the screentime too much.

Well we'll just have to wait and see. After all we still have a couple of episodes to go.

Besides she still has Starscream to contend with seeing how he saved her the last time and that he's the one that killed Cliffjumper so Arcee still has that to worry about. And I'm having a feeling that Shockwave may have a role to play in her life from what I've heard from the promo at Botcon.

Before Airachnid and before Starscream's involvement with Cliffjumper, Arcee was already the main focus character. Hell, she still is, IMO.

I meant before she found out it was Starscream who killed him and how Starscream now appears to be one of the things that revolve around Arcee's screentime.
