will the nemisis ever transform?

I hope the ship Transforms. Too bad this Nemesis and Animated Omega Supreme are from two different continuities. I would love to see a Transforming "Ark" or Ark-like ship VS. the Nemesis or Nemesis-like ship sense I don't think it's officially been given that name.

Personally I'd prefer it was a robot and not a T-Rex. Vehicles transforming into animals hasn't really happened sense G1 and I never really liked it when it did happen. That's why my favorite versions of Ravage are Beast Wars and Energon, they have robot modes.

Really? A beast mode has a lot of physical advantages that a huminoid form lacks (eg. Increased agility or body strength) i actually don't like it when robots turn into beasts (other than BW/BM) and prefer to see beasts turn into vehicles as it makes more sense as a disguise. A giant robot cat running around isn't very useful in terms of an alt-mode for being less conspicuous

Maybe as a season/series finale it could finally transform, but for now there's no real need to plot-wise.

Honestly it's not in the cards with this show's budget.

Feels like a potential season finale affair to me.

Wasn't one of the 13 Primes shown to be somewhat beast like in last year's season finale? Airachind and the Insecticons have beast-like bits on them though they're mainly humanoid in appearance. I would hate for Trypticon to be stripped of anything that made him him.

Should the ship transform into something other than a tyrannosaurus-like character, I would rather it not be called Trypticon. I would like to see how the art team would make Trypticon look in TP, but I wouldn't mind seeing something like what HMS did for WFC with those big beefy arms as it looked pretty bad @$$.

What is this shows budget and how much of it are they spending?

Hasbro seems to be pretty behind this show and their network. If there's a toy in the works, I'm sure they'll do what's necessary to make it happen in the show.

For the last time, Until proven otherwise The nemesis is NOT TRYPICON.

They had their chance to be like "oh btw Nemesis = Trypticon fyi" but they completely went into a different direction with Flying Mind. If they were going to do it, that would have been the time. If they did it now (or ever in the future), that'd just be terrible.

Once Hell magically turns into Ice Cream Land I'll consider the possibility.
