Prime Ironhide exists, at least in toy form. The Cyberverse version indicates as much, even if he never appears on the show. This also makes it quite possible we'll see a Deluxe version appear as a non-show appearing character. The recently revealed Kup pretty much confirms this. It's not only clearly Ironhide, but is clearly based on the same design as the Cyberverse version. I'd be very surprised if we don't see that mold pop up in the Prime line in red. On the down side, it's a Prime deluxe figure, so it's probably going to be pathetically small.  For a design like this, I was kind of hoping for a voyager release a la Breakdown. There's no sense in why we wouldn't, unless it was part of the FE line. And I don't think it is. As for him being in the show...I donno. I've heard that the creators said no, so...I guess not. Or at least not anytime soon.  |
