Considering that Optimus in now with the Decepticons, and some new characters are going to be brought in, do you think that season 2 will have a new opening or not?

 

We never know. I'm banking on it though.

I don't know, it fits with the somewhat mediocre nature of the series.

 

Yeah, I'd be up for it, though I wouldn't mind them sticking with the current opening for 3-5 episodes so as not to spoil any newcomers to the cast immediately.

Still I'd like to at least be tricked into thinking this will have actual intensity or fun each episode.

 

Poor decepticons. They have more characters than the autobots, yet only Megs and starscream are in the opening.

I wouldn't mind a new opening as long as it isnt much longer than the current one.

 

I hope they make a new opening for each season. The one for season one is nice, but it would be nice to see an updated version to go with how the story has changed since the beginning.

 

I like the opening to season one and I especially love the main theme. I hope they keep the same music, but change some scenes for it.

 

Listen guys just because TFP looks mediocre now doesn't mean it'll stay that way for the rest of it's run. I mean look at TFA. It had something like that going on too but that all changed once Seasons 2 and 3 kicked in! I'm sure TFP will have something like that happen too due to what the creators have said! You guys really need to stop being so cynical about it for a while. Yes the intro's nothing special but it's also not the worst one either. I won't be surprised if they do change a few things. I know you're not pleased with the show so far and I'm sorry about that,but can't we just see how Season 2 will turn out first before giving our final thoughts?

 

I don't see why not. Would be better than TFA that just added random SFX to the intro (sometimes, because I swear some post-season 2 episodes also randomly forgot the new version)

 

Listen I'm not going overboard again really! I'm just saying maybe Season 2 may turn out even better than we expected or maybe it won't! I wasn't saying they are wrong, I'm just saying we should wait to see how Season 2 may turn out first!

I really do hope that Season 2 ups its game, there were several times that I just gave up on Season 1.

 

Well usually most shows like this do improve a lot during their second season! I mean BW and TFA arguably didn't have much going on in their first season too,but that all changed during their seacond and third seasons! TFP has this poteintal too and the writers may look back at their mistakes from season 1 and improve them in the next season have you thought of that?

 

They might get rid of Starscream running behind Megatron, as he's no longer on his side, maybe replace him with Knockout or Airachnid?

 

It's too bad they can't use the Shadow Raiders theme for season 2...
