I need the names. Tried the wikies, they say "Digitalscape Co. Ltd., K/O Paper Products, Darby Pop Productions, Hasbro Studios, Polygon Pictures inc.". This is a bit too much.

I like it - looks clean.
You might re-word "Hasbro's Property" to "Property of Hasbro 2011-1012" or "Property of Hasbro 2011-1012 - All rights reserved"

Unless Hasbro existed a thousand years ago, you might try "Property of Hasbro 2011-2012" instead.
