Oh hell no!

Galvatron is just a cheap, insane, copy of Megatron with different colors.

But then of course, I never liked Galvatron, so I'm biased.

I have to say, I was kind of getting that impression when he stabed himself with the dark energon, and then started turning purple.

I don't think it'll happen though. I believe we've seen behind the scene video of Cullen and Welker doing a later scene, and Optimus is still calling him Megatron.
