Aw man, this is great news... Missed out on getting the individual parts, but would love to pick up the complete edition!

Wonder if it'll contain the extra Fun Pub stuff...

Will it include the FunPub stuff? Who can we ask about that?

I only ever managed to get the second one so this will be a definite buy for me :D

If it has the fun-pub stuff in it too, that'd be fantastic!

Yeah, if this contains the Funpub Allmanac bits it'll be an easy double-dip.

    I will always support Animated.

Missed out on the first releases of these. So this is kind of an easy buy, specially with Amazon.ca's discounted price and free shipping. Paid $30.50 CAD (incl tax) I don't see any way that I can complain about that, lol.

Wait, what's the Fun Pub stuff? I have the originals of V1 and V2, but I'm not aware what I'm missing out on...

I never did get the opportunity to get The Allspark Almanac, now's my chance.

Well damn, and I just bought the first 2 at a local comic shop last moth for their retail prices. I'd rather have the single volume I do believe.

There was a Botcon which was based around Animated toys (The Stunticon Job) and the diamond release (which I STILL haven't managed to find had Almanac addendum entries not released anywhere else.)

If this version has those included as well I would pick it up for sure but since I already own both original releases I may pass.

Interesting! I already got both volumes, so that's good enough for me! :)

Is kind of hoping that this new volume doesn't have anything new since I already have the first two volumes.

I've got both original books, so I guess I'll wait until early reviews or a detailed content breakdown or something before I consider double-dipping.

Good for folks who missed out on at least one of the original releases, though.

Definitely getting this, never got the two individual volumes, and re-watching Animated when the complete series DVD game out made me REALLY want to get them.

And the complete Almanac comes out the day before my birthday :D

The Almanacs are deffinitely something most TF fans should consider if they want to get a good idea of the kind of craft that goes into a good TF series. The effort that went into Animated's developement is laid out, as well as it's production and the second one even covers the toy developement process. It's just super insightful, even if you're not super into Animated.

It's too bad the second Almanac is full of crap Jim Sorenson just invented to put into the book without any input from the people behind the show which is now paraded as Animated "canon."

The first book was amazing. The second was a cheap and dishonest cash grab.
