Placed an $80 ($97 after shipping) bet that Microblaze will do a Takara colored version of its Onslaught by getting the four Takara version limbs. Thank goodness i had some store credit. COME ON MICROBLAZE
Dropped a bunch of my BBTS orders and switched over to CP. Prices (plus free shipping) were too good to pass up!
Couldn't resist the Xovergen Trailerforce Vindicator (Nucleon Quest Black Powermaster Optimus Prime) set for that price. Bought a X2 Toys Interception kit for Metroplex with the intention of getting the free shipping but it'll be nice to give my Hasbro Metroplex his 2nd red gun.
I wish the sale part had been posted in the late morning/early afternoon rather than late evening/early morning; I'd been keeping an eye on TW's Trace/Chase and by the time I saw this thread and checked the site, it wasn't even listed anymore (assuming it was part of the sale?). That aside, the news on the TFC limbs is quite welcome. I don't know if other sites will work out something similar with TFC, but at this point I'll probably be ordering the Defensor limbs from CP rather than elsewhere.
Trace unfortunately sold out at BotCon, his continued presence on the site afterward was an oversight, so that was fixed when I caught it while setting up the sale items. As far as the TFC pricing, nothing has really changed on the back end, it's just a decision as to where I'm comfortable pricing them, and that I can do better on the final pricing
Unless Maketoys decides to change course, I'll no longer be offering their items, because I'm not being given the ability to. They have not responded to any contact attempts since November, despite several tries and even trying from alternate e-mail addresses to see if it might be a problem with a spam blacklist someplace. Just complete silence from them. They've also removed us, and everyone else except for four stores from their retailer list, and of those four, they aren't even responding to the UK store, either.
Thanks for the info and that sucks to hear, but I'm sure I'll find something else to buy from you in the future!
