Evangelion probably would've ended better with Optimus around. He would've helped Shinji and Asuka get over their mental issues, helped them in battle, and probably would've been able to recognize that Gendo had his own agenda early on. Giant Naked Rei would've still happened, but Unit 01 probably wouldn't have gotten crucified, and the other two units wouldn't have gotten killed when they did.

I kinda want to watch this scenario, now.

I was thinking more along the lines of a mobile version of the equipment buildings but that simple red on black design is pretty sick.

 

Yuck...Evangelion is just the worst. But whatever floats Takara's boat...

 

MP10 repaint of an Eva? Yes, please. Sure hoping this is an actual product in the works.

God I hate how much I want this. I don't generally even like crossovers OR repaints. And I had my fill of NGE toys years ago.

If this thing is actually being made you know what would be really clever, if his gun was painted up like the entry plug.

Transformers x Neon Genesis Evangelion

According to Scott Green, a contributor for Aint It Cool and Crunchyroll.

Seems like there will be a Transformers/Neon Genesis crossover in Japan which may include a EVA-01 colored Optimus Prime.

If this is an Eva that turns into a 1984 Firebird...all of my money.

It's a crossover that will likely provide new toys for the 30th anniversary of TF and the 20th of Neon Genesis.

This actually kinda annoys me. Transformers should not be able to survive in the Evangelion world. Heck this is just a load of nope. A Transformer comes up to about the ankle of an Evangelion, Angels are of a similar size or bigger. Or am I looking into this too much and it's just going to be a figure of Optimus Prime?

I'm also now just thinking that most people on here have no idea what Evangelion is...poor people.

 

All I'm seeing is SG MP-10 Optimus Prime.

Though that isn't a bad thing IMO.

My favorite part of that is shout out to Sky Lynx. I now want a Sky Lynx toy colored as one of the Eva units like Prime decked out in NERV logos.
