Pass. But it seems like a good thing for kids.

Action Masters Bumblebee! I actually like it. I won't buy it, but I like it. Those hero mashers are perfect for kids, since you can lose any piece and not worry about it.

I'm guessing it's a case of keeping the brand identity consistent. At least while there's Movie Strafe on shelves at the same time.

i actually kind of like this line for it's intended audience, but not feeling the Dinobots in dino mode from a "collect and combine" standpoint of the line: you can see how silly Grimlock's head and neck looks on Optimus' body...

...cool enough toys on their own though.

Movie Strafe has two heads in beast mode. This Strafe only has one and looks pretty much like G1 Swoop, and not at all like Movie Strafe.

The dinobots actually look pretty awesome. And they'll be delicious custom fodder.

Does BB look kind of funny here? I think I like the face, but the body is... what the hell is this? :lol

You're not meant to... eat them.

Its like if Hasbro named all cars "Bumblebee" regardless of make and color.

I see we're going the wrong way again on the name thing. Had gotten better there for awhile.

Names and characters matter, otherwise everyone will stop caring.

Are these things 5mm compatible? I want to know if I can reuse their accessories.

So we have movie Grimlock painted like G1 Grimlock, and G1 Swoop with a case of identity theft, topped off with IDW Bumblebee crashing the party. What?

Aside from the utter randomness here, these look like neat toys. Not for me, but I'm sure there'll be plenty of people who have a lot of fun with them. Definitely the children.
