    So what makes this reissue any different other than it being the 30th anniversary?

    The old ones will be out of print by now. And with the 30th anniversary AND a movie, there will be demand from people who want to watch the old show again.

    So the real question is, why wouldn't they?

    I agree with Metroplex79, I think it's just a new run with the 30th branding. Not that there's anything wrong with that though.

    Have you ever SEEN a Blu Ray movie, or at least a Blu Ray rip in 1080p? DVDs look like murky muddled garbage in comparison. Blu Ray to DVD is the same as DVD to VHS.

    Those are great prices. Glad to see people will be able to get them again.

    While they are easily available online, they have been sold out from stores for years. Being the 30th anniversary and with AOE coming out this summer, there are many folks who would buy these if they were sitting on a shelf at Best Buy, but may not necessarily seek them out online.

    Th original cartoon would not benefit from a Blu Ray release, there is no higher resolution of the episodes available. The only reason to release them would be to fit more episodes on a single disc.

    re release couldn't they just ship out the ones we already bought last year?

    you bluray fans may want t o hold off bluray will be going to 4k & 8k bluray dvds which means buy new bluray dvd players to play 4k & 8k bluray dvds, buy new tv to play 4k, 8k dvds any fans of higher resolution will bee twice quality resolution in 4k than ordinary bluray dvd for anyone who doesn't know about it yet

    Yes, that would be appreciated.
    The Gambler is a direct sequel to Child's Play. Auto-Bop takes place after Make Tracks. Aerial Assault takes place after The Revenge of Bruticus.
    Fight or Flee and Thief in the Night take place before Starscream's Ghost.
