ET aired part 2 today for the Age of Extinction feature and they had Michael bay give up a little plot spoiler. Here is what he had to say: "The world is progressed/modernized to a point it can almost canabalize and kill itself."

That's what I thought, but I didn't want to jump to any conclusions!

 

That really doesn't give anything away in my book.
Odds are, it's only going to be lightly hinted at.
Like, seriously, When has Micheal Bay ever cared
about establishing the world the characters live in?

 

Ah man, hope not. It'd be Prime all over again. The way they handled Unicron in that was the biggest cop out ever.

It was a joke guys lol. I'm sure he really meant something in regard to KSI and what tech and advancements they may have introduced to the world.

 

Interesting to see how this handles. I'd imagine that in the movie the world is extremely fearful and desperate and with TF tech thrown in the mix, makes things alot more chaotic.

 

Huh. Here I thought AOE was referring to Transformers extinction. Perhaps it's humans extinction caused by humans?

 

I don't get the spoiler. What does it mean?

I thought the Extinction in the name meant the Dinobots.
