    Used to have the Megatron and really wanted the Optimus...if this was a few years ago I'd be all over that auction...but I will be sitting this one out. Good luck to anyone making a run at them though.

    Very cool set. Don't know which deco I like better, but I do know that if we had gotten this Megatron deco in G2 that I would've bought the figure (even if it was called Archforce :p )


    But considering the asking price, I'm impressed that someone actually bid. Would be very surprised if he got outbid. I hope we get a nice gallery with high quality photo's from the eventual buyer.

    And Takara recently redeco'd Universe Legends Megatron in this deco too, which is the nearest I'll get to owning this!

    The G2 Hero Prime is one of my favorite Primes. Cool to see the pics, but no bids from me on this auction. Good luck to whoever takes it home.

    Why would they not actually show them off in robot mode?

    I mean the TF Wiki could benefit from having a photo of the toys that aren't just magazine cut outs. Hopefully who ever wins these will do that for the TF Wiki.

    hahah toy hunter. that guy buys too high and sells even higher when it comes to tf's on his show. hope he does better business off camera. the cynic in me wonders if its a half hour commercial to market the artificial inflation of toy prices. Then again if he sells this for more than the current bid of $4500... I guess its working.

    I rather like that Megatron deco, more so I dare say than either the actual G2 release or the later "Bludgeon" repaint.
