Those look AMAZING. I already thought the original Waspinator from ~'96 was pretty great but this new one looks awesome.

And the original Rhinox toy was just ok, but this one looks insane!

I've been a little out of the loop, but are these just going to be Japan-only? I'm trying not to spend so much money, and it would be really great if they came to the U.S.. I don't really buy Transformers anymore besides Masterpieces, but these are a must-buy.

These will see a U.S release as well, just expect the TakTom versions to have better paint apps.

To be honest I'm looking at these guys as mini MPs anyway since they look so damn good.

Yeah, you know I'm in. I'm buying 3 of the big guy. One for each mode, one to keep pristine in the box.

I used to always say "im not into beast formers" But with some of the new dragons released, I really liked them. I recently got my son and me watching BW on Netflix. DAMN good show. Just like animated, I was late to the game...never watched it much when it was new, Now I love it.

Rhinox is an easy buy...Waspinator I can pass on. Rhinox may be the best looking beast former ive ever seen.

I thought Waspinator's japanese name was Waspitas? Why aren't they using them? Not that I'm complianing, just curious.

Honestly I wouldn't even expect that.

TakTom has a habit of just making things shiney and someohow that makes it better. On Waspinator that'd work okay, since his beast mode is kind of shiney bug-skin on the show, but I don't need a golden Rhinox.

Considering what they did with the Telemocha series and Henkei Dinobot I'm pretty confident TakTomy knows how to do BW figures justice.

Pretty sure they will blow the Hasbro releases out of the water.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet. There has been several instances of lately that TakTom has done that has left many scratching their heads.

You just jinxed it. Now Takara will make it accurate to the original toy.

If you saw the Waspinator toy on the showroom floor at SDCC you know it looks NOTHING like these pics.
Hasbro loves to Photoshop the beejeezus outta their press pics, and the actual toy looked WAY lackluster in its paintapps.
But will the Takara one look better? More like these press pics? I'll wait to find out, but I'll pay a little extra for a toy that looks better.

These are great and I'm in for rhinos, skidz, and whirl. I hope though that there is a few more beast formers in this line though. There is a couple more figures I would really like to see redone

They probably realized that the original Japanese dubbed names were lame or that they forgot.

TakTomy, this is nice but please release the Generations retools as Hardhead, Reflector and Swindle like it was rumored a few months ago you would, or I'll break up with you.
