I'm more than happy with their built-in shoulder canons. Bluestreak & Smokescreen's look perfect, and I'll never be displaying Prowl with his anyway.

 

I really dislike Smokescreen's. I realise they're animation accurate, but the animation was kind of crap in a lot of cases. I might use the Amazon Exclusive cannons for Smokescreen, the built-in for Bluestreak, and none for Prowl.

I really hope they put my coins and launchers aside. Because Prowl and Bluestreak are in the same shipment I have to wait... I don't mind waiting. As long as I still get my coins and launchers.

How do you order from Amazon Japan to get the exclusive items? I didn't know where to order to get Sideswipe's pile drivers, and I don't know how to get Smokescreen's alternate blasters. I've honestly never even heard of them. Any help or links would be appreciated.

 

Living in Japan would help in this instance. Robotkingdom has the Amazon version of Prowl for preorder as another member kindly posted in the thread already. You're probably too late on official Sideswipe pile drivers. And it's too early to sorry about Smokescreen's exclusive.

 

Thanks. Do you know if the Sideswipe with pile drivers had a different plastic tray to accommodate the extra accessories, or were they just inserted in a little plastic baggy? I may just buy them on eBay or something.

 

They were separate I believe. I got mine off of eBay. BBTS did list some after they came out too so there's another option. That's how I got my Soundwave Energon cubes. Prowl's launcher is already being sold on eBay. I think I've see it around $30 for just one. That's going to be expensive.

 

I just preordered both Prowl and Bluestreak off Robot Kingdom with one launcher a piece. Shipped to the US they came in at $81 a piece. That's less than BBTS without shipping or the launchers.

I love BBTS, but I've been getting my MP cars from Robot Kingdom for this reason. If BBTS offered them with the launchers at a reasonable price I still might have done BBTS.

But what I'm saying is there's no need (presently) for it to be expensive.

 

Ok guys. I also just paid for Prowl and Bluestreak on Robotkingdom.com. I only changed because it was cheaper. Does anyone have experience preordering with them so close to a release? Is it safe to cancel my preorder through BBTS? I'm a little worried.

Also each one gets an exclusive launcher? I can't tell what it is. Are they for the robots they come with or are both for Prowl? Also Smokescreen is getting something in the future?

 

^ Its 1 launcher per Bot so you gotta order 2X units to get a pair of launchers.

If you need to have these for BOTH Prowl & Bluestreak, you gotta order 4X units.  

 

Why would someone need a set for two bots? What's the significance of these launchers? We're they in an episode? They don't look like the original toy launchers. So I don't get it.

No, they aren't exact matches to the G1 toys. But they're a whole lot close than the built in launchers. For those of us who think they should have the launchers it's a big deal.

 

Do you have a link to the launcher auctions? Couldn't seem to find it, wanted to watch it.

 

Check the solds. There are a few under there. I'm sure a lot more will pop up once the figures get released.
