And Bludgeon just got damn scary.

He's the commander of an unstoppable apocalyptic killing army with a death wish. Which means that he will not stop, even if defeat is certain. He'll just destroy all he can in a blaze of glory.

And to top it off, I've been skeptical of how much control he'll have of his army - using Matrix energy to animate an army of death machines is kinda an instant bad idea as far as villains go- you don't make a powerful army sentient; it's common sense.

But it's not that he's that stupid - it's that HE DOESN'T CARE. Frightening.

The looks WONDERFUL to my eyes.

I wish Guido could have been drawing from the start. His art with Baskerville's inking reminds me of the Wildman of old. Looking forward to this.

-ZacWilliam, not to disrespect Wildman, I love him of old, but this looks more like what I hoped for this book visually from the start.

Milne is my current favorite, but Guido... Guido is the all-time best.

Which is cover A and what is B?

We're getting both MTMTE 19 and Regen next week? Awesome. I prefer getting two in a week rather than one.

And this is how I always how I pictured Bludgeon in my mind after the ramming he got by Prime and the resurrected Autobot's in issue 80. Bludgeon has an endgame and he knows death awaits him at the end of it and yet he still doesn't care because he is going to meet his enemy and die with honor. Bludgeon has that Warrior's Pride complex that Dinobot is known all to well for in Beast Wars and look how well that worked for him.

I like the change in artists after having Wildman for the first two sagas.

Looks great. I think RG1 is going to show stunning improvement over the next few issues...

Should have looked like this from the start.

It was the art style people wanted from the last issues of the original series, not the artist. I liked Wildman's old work but not his new work.

I love Wildman's old art and it's what I grew up on. But It was just too flat. This is so much more dynamic and much closer to my childhood memories of what it was like to open a G1 tf comic!

Here's hoping for an epic Galvatron/ Magnus showdown. Loving Guido's work too. He's really working well with Baskerville to bring out the classic look. And great blocking and composition also.
