If it is indeed really Hound... I'm happy to see more true G1 characters getting some screen time. Now we need Magnus and a prowl and I'll be happy as hell. I just hope that if characters like Sideswipe and Ratchet don't Coe back, they are at least given a nod in the movie as to why and where they may now be (dead or alive)
Pretty cool. Here's hoping Hasbro manages toy distribution better this time around, and we actually get this instead of some nonsensical Skids and Mudflap toys.

Given the size and shape of this truck, my first thought was Bulkhead. That said, I could see it working for Hound.

Funny how people are complaining he's not a Jeep because he's Hound, but would be perfectly fine if he were Bulkhead, even though this vehicle looks like neither of his alt modes. Silly, silly logic. Ah well, I'm thankful, he looks awesome so far and the bulk of the vehicle wil make for a great bot. Imagine how bland these movies would be with G1 altmodes >,> check out Ironhide's red VAN. OMG.
I actually like the idea of him being a military truck. I have a feeling if he was still a jeep like before, he'll still be driving without a hologram driver like Sideswipe in DOTM right?
The Vehicle It's one of because there are many versions of the FMTV. It's base is a 5 ton truck. The LMTV (Light Medium Tactical Vehicle) share the same basic design but the LMTV is classified as a 2 1/2 ton truck and has one less axle. This FMTV has an up armor kit on it as well as some other add on equipment. Side note, personally I think that this would have been a better Bulkhead or similar character. I think Hound would have been better as either the HMMWV or the MATV because they are the modern versions of Jeeps. Hound was one of the stealth guy and the FMTV seems more suited for a heavy hitter type character like a Bulkhead. I would love to see more Autobot military vehicles as all have been Decepticons in the last 3 movies but the Autobots have had plenty from G1 to present that have been military vehicles.

I guess this all but confirms Galvatron, Lockdown and that the old truck is a Dinobot. ...I'm really liking this cast. I hope I don't get hurt.
