Ah... not a fan of the translucent plastic.

 

Really liking the boxart but I will stick with the single releases isnce I have two already

Was expecting a bit more than just a recolored release but oh well

 

Kinda think it looks like crap.

Like I threw some toys together that clearly were not meant to combine and just BS'd people saying the heads were claws. If I never knew they combined I would have honestly assumed it was a fan mode and they were glued together.

If the guns became forearms, hands and feet i guess it could be saved maybe add a chest shield and I'd buy it... get on that 3rd party

I like the fact they made all 5 unique and I think on their own they are fine but that combined mode looks like crap

 

I sincerely hope that Sinnertwinstrike's leg armor was molded to where there isn't any stress on it during transformation. Cause these guys I'll want to fiddle with a lot.

 

Going to be buying that set. But man, they need to fire their photographer.

I am not a fan of transparent plastic, unless it's on swords axes and claws and stuff like that. Good to know what the deal was with this though, now I can pick up the single releases when I get the chance instead.

Kind of like the packageing though and the Abominus art looks great.

The way the line is rebranded like this, I'd put money on Abominus showing in the Predacons Rising movie.

I'll make regular Abominus, but if this is on clearance or super sale I might consider it. My interest levels are very low.

Kinda reminds me of certain Beast Wars figures that had a random mix of translucent and opaque plastic - Quickstrike, Buzzclaw, Tripredacus, Drill Bit, etc.

I prefer the retail release, particularly Sinnertwin and Cutthroat as they're less "candy-colored", but if I can't find them (and at the rate my Target is going I might not) these'll make an OK substitute.

 

Strongly suggests, to me anyway, that the BH line is NOT ending with everything we've seen so far. They're gonna show off a lot of new BH product at Botcon, just you watch.

Gives me a little hope that we might actually see Ironhide, Gears, and Frenzy get released afterall.
