I've never had an interest in the Legends figures, but they go so perfectly with this guy.

    Oh shit...

Ye, I hope there's some differences that warrant the extra price for the Takara version.

Fun fact! If a 1 foot tall Metroplex weights 2 pounds...

A 2 feet tall Metro would proportionately weight 16 pounds

A 3 feet tall would weight 54 pounds and

A 4 feet tall Metro would weight 128 pounds!

And for those dreaming of a 6 foot tall Metro, I hope you can somehow handle all of his monstruos 432 pounds during transformation!

Hope someone finds this data amusing. I sure did!

I want to preorder.... but I want the feeling of carrying him home from retail.

    Looking good, though.

The more I see him the more likely I am going to have to get 3 of him. One to remain stock and two to repaint to match the other Metro Titans we have seen in the comics. The "Not For Sale" etched into his chest says he is a prototype to me.

you know, this is exactly why they won't develop more of this size class transformers? because there are people (not just you, knockout) just waiting for it to hit TJ Maxx or other retail store at discount. At that point, the sales tells Hasbro its not worth it.

Sure you may get it super cheap and get an amazing deal? but we won't get our trypicticon most likely =/

Looking good. I also hope he ends up selling successfully, but either way it's still cool that they bothered making this at all.
