This is great. Ep. 7 will be one of the best.

 

Is this show just a one trick pony - relic hunt?

 

That's why I say I can do better. I'm working on a pitch with maybe eight relics across the whole thing, and one isn't even a cybertronian relic!

But, sometimes the Relics are done well, sometimes they're not. Anyone noticed that the Best of S2 was the first six episodes, the Relic Arc, Hurt, and Smokescreen?

 

Hurt pissed me off, if only because Miko and Wheeljack acted like what Hardshell done was totally beyond the pale...when Bulkhead straight up killed one of Hardshell's teammates, too, right?

It's kind of hard to feel too bad when an Autobot gets hurt, when the Decepticons they're constantly murdering aren't even good at conquering or otherwise being threatening. The only thing they're doing succesfully is mining, so...they feel like feuding rivals of the Autobots more than actual villains who need to be stopped at all costs.

 

They gotta fill the season up with something. I mean, they blew up Stark Tower within four episodes, so the rest is just filler.

Stupid relic hunting filler.

 

I thought it looked familiar...

Though to their credit, those four episodes are very well-paced.

Much as I'm pissed about the whole "MORE RELICS" thing, I'm intrigued by the implications of PREDACON relics on Earth, considering that they died out before the Autobot/Decepticon war.

Especially since they're dragons.

In all seriousness... I don't care about the 'romance' between fowler and jack's mum - was pretty obvious they were doing something during season 2 anyway ¬_¬

As for the Relics - I honestly hope this is not because 'Predacons look like dragon' - I swear to god if they find a dragon skeleton then this show has went down the drain. I'm tired of relic hunt in any form - especially for a show that's going to be ending soon and this is the description for episode 5 I believe... out of max 16 (Not sure if it includes a movie...)

 

My prediction for the episode:

June and Optimus Prime go through an unstable space bridge, causing them to switch minds. Agent Fowler has to deal with the woman he loves being stuck in a giant robot that turns into a truck, while Optimus has to deal with being a small woman. At the end of the episode, UM and Fowler, Jack and Arcee, Miko and Bulkhead, and Raf and Bumblebee also get their brainwaves swapped. I'm joking, of course.

Also, more relic hunts? Ugh.

 

More relics, hmm? le sigh... I thought we were past that...of course if this is the writers bringing in the dinobots then I'll happily sit through another relic hunt.

Now, a "tight squeeze" with Fowler and June? But I thought June had her sights on Optimus? I mean she wore her heels for him and everything! Suppose Fowler must be her rebound    

 

there were different times they placed certain hints that fowler liked June so whatever lol
still would like to see Optimus involved somehow with someone but that is just me lol

 

Yeah I expected to see this kind of episode happening.  

As for the relic part of the episode this doesn't mean that we're going to see more relic hunts this season. This may be the only one for this season so why not at least wait to see what the episode after this will be about first before saying it's back to relic hunts?
