Might just be extra molding. By the shape it looks like a swivel rather then ball jointed head. Then again that might change sometime down the road.

 

I'm getting Plex anyway but this just sweetens the deal.

Hastak should do a lot more legion sized cars with this kind of posebility.....I'd be all over that.

okay so after seeing the cartoon model:



I can see why they went with the head mold they chose.



Thoguh It can also be said that Scampers new head resembles G1 Strafe's (Technobot) animation model.

 

Shall I hold my breath over this pic being an unfinished production model (i.e., having a head that's not simply all red)?

 

At the very least, I'd say the visor and the face will have some paint on them in the final version.
