Thanks for the link PoweredConvoy. I'm glad that Maximus has a new head. He is going to look great with the other GT figures.

 

OK... Not going to lie: I'm ordering this as my first GT-R mold, mostly due to that Race Queen figure. Definitely the cutest of the four so far.
I do like Maximus's sword and new head a lot too, though.

 

This does not look anything like Wheeljack.

That's a good thing, no? Since Fortress Maximus and Wheeljack didn't look alike to begin with?

He has the face detail and the foreahead. I'm willing to bet he has a bit of the horns too. Looks pretty much like his face to me.

I'd be all over this if not for the price. Also as an Alt/BT fan, I'd prefer it to be 1:24.

 

The mastersword is just so funny,it does not look like a sword due to it is not "pointed"

 

Looks good. Looks real good. Got the other three on preorder, definitely going to get this one too.

 

It seems that they are more focus on the race queen than the robot because they has made the race queen very attractive.

 

Looks very neat, kind of looks like a devastator head and a large paddle for a weapon.

The girl looks nice but those green posts in her legs look odd, it would look better if they were white or if there were supposed to be circles on her boots.

 

I think it's based on a car lift or cart used for mechanics when working under a car. All the other weapons are based on existing garage / car tools.

The deco on the robot-only parts is great, really says Fort Max to me. It's a shame he looks like Fort Max wearing white and green car kibble though. The two don't really mix well. If they have to have those colors on the car, maybe they should have picked a character that would have better complemented those colors.

It's still pretty damn nice, but I think if I get one of the GTs, it'll be Star Saber.

 

It would be nice if TRU or someone would pick up this line as another "Asia Exclusive." They look awesome!

Looks great! Race queen is an added bonus, but I'm in for GT Fort Max and Megatron (already have the normal GT-R Red Convoy so I don't need the GT Red version of him, and was never a fan of Star Saber, so those two I'm passing on).

The amateur kitbasher in me still wants to try my hand at converting Fort Max into Wheeljack somehow (probably involving a head swap and adding more red and black).

 

Has there been any announcement if this will be the last in the GT Series?

 

Good articulation on the race queen. Wouldn't mind one of those done up as Circuit Breaker!
