I can't remember if Wave 3 hit Alberta; don't think it did.

Might want to try grabbing them at Calgary Comic Expo - someone will probably have those figures. Heck - the local cons are your best bet for grabbing import stuff if you can't shop online.

Well this is definitely interesting news. Vehicles would seem to imply Autobots. Maybe Hasbro will get these as well just not announced yet. Remember how in an interview one of the TF Prime guys said there will be new characters, new support?

I'm actually surprised we haven't seen any preorders on the Japanese retailer sites yet for this stuff. Shouldn't it be out end of next month?

I've had all those figures and while they're ok tell me you wouldn't rather an updated computron than those. Those figures aren't in particular demand nor hard to obtain years after their release. Mix and match combines sounds more more pcc and energon deluxes which were a disaster

"Mix and match combiners" is exactly what scramble city stuff was. The whole point was that the limb robots could be any limb, so you could mix and match. PCC drones do that worse because they specifically become an arm or a leg. I wouldn't really call the Energon deluxes a "disaster", they just aren't amazing and no small part of some of their wonkiness is the aesthetic used. They are all things considered certainly not worse than any of the classic G1 combiners.

And of course BW stuff isn't as hard to obtain as G1 stuff.

Same here. I'm sick and tired of this halfsies game Hasbro and Takara started playing with Prime.

    Hasbro:
"We'll do Kup, you can do Ironhide"
"We'll do Dead End, you can do Wild Rider"
'We'll do Thundertron, you can do Leo Prime"
"We'll just do the regular Vehicon, you can have the Jet version"
    "Breakdown? LOL"
"Nemesis Prime? Unicron? Nah, bad guys don't sell, we're sure of it"

    Takara:
    "Works for us"

I could see these three being a new take on the Protectobots.

Hi. Long time Lurker, First time poster. Could this be in line with the earlier news on the Walmart listing of Protectobots? Just an observation.

No. That listing was specifically for Bot Shots Protectobots.

-ZacWilliam, though it would be nice for them to get new regular toys.

Oh yeah, knew I forgot something. Swerve too I guess.

Eh, the Microns would've been nice, but hardly a deal breaker.

No. Not only Beasthunters. "Transformers GO!" is Takaratomy's pre-30th celebration line. So, it has some G1 EZ toys.

Weird. I figured that was the whole point of Generations.

Let's just hope they plan on airing season 3 of Prime at some point, lest little Japanese kids be traumatized. And we thought the ending of season 1 of Beast Wars was bad!

I've been checking HLJ like crazy and nothing. Which is ironic because BBTS once again beat them to the preorder punch.

Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Toys, Action Figures, and Collectibles

Either this guy is big or case layout is really bad. If not based on those prices it's either two voyagers and a deluxe. This is just going by normal AM pricing. $37 was typical of most deluxes. Standard voyagers were in the $40 range and voyagers with extra microns ended up in the $60 range.
