    Don't feel sorry for those of us who got MP-13. He's a great figure and I was pretty sure Hasbro would be doing one when I bought mine.

    Them doing all five tapes? That NOBODY expected. And I may just pick up this guy to get the cassettes plus an extra Soundwave/Laserbeak.

    This guy will require constant vigilance on my part though if I want to snag him... I haven't had issues getting the other TRU MPs but that's because I kept on top of it and made sure to put feelers out there in case others saw the ones I needed.

    Consider Soundwave bought. Hopefully, I can find one here in my area when he comes out (Did not see any MP Optimus at all).

    Because I was very excited to hunt for MP10, and was saddened that he was spotted in CO...maybe 3 times? I never even sniffed him. My guy at my TRU told me that the 2 cases they got never even hit the floor/shelf tagging.

    yea, once these start showing up I can see myself having to call several TRUs daily since the 4 I have access to are all about an hour away from me...all in different directions...but the hunt is half the fun. :)

    Sweet. Now where can I buy one and how much?

    Also, didn't the G1 Soundwave toy have yellow eyes? Hasbro seems to stick closer to the toy colors, while TT does cartoon colors.

    I think a lot of people were expecting the yellow eyes, oh well. Acid Storm looks surprisingly good though, I love that vibrant, toxic green.

    Yes. He had yellow eyes on his G1 toy and I think in the early comic appearances.

    Yes you are right. Had him as a kid. Also had yellow in Marvel Comics. I just like cartoon accuracy. Looks like I will not be skipping the Takara version. But will probably end up buying both.

    Wow, glad they stayed with the silver, white would have been cool too, I just wish it's not grey and the PS images are lying. The yellow eyes don't bother me.

    I just want this to go up for pre-order soon. I'm not going to miss out on this like I did for Optimus because they produced so little for the stores.

    Soundwave looks like he's a darker shade of blue in one pic vs the other.

    Glad I went with Takara on this one. I prefer the darker blue and Red eyes

    Why would you feel sorry for us? I don't regret my Takara purchase thus far. Once MP-16 drops, MP Soundwave is off my list. I'm happy he's getting a domestic release and I hope the experience is more positive than it was for TRU MP-10. Everyone deserves a fair shot at owning this toy.

    That acid storm looks real good! I hope I'm able to get one. As far as soundwave.....so tempted to get one even though I have the Takara version...

    I've noticed TFormers and ASM are showing significantly different colors on Frenzy, Acid Storm, and Laserbeak. I understand TFU.info also received the same higher-saturation images TFormers got. So, I wonder what set is more accurate to how the toys will actually be released? I have to say I vastly prefer the more muted colors, even though brighter Acid Storm is probably more accurate to the Rainmaker in the cartoon.

    I admit I was hoping they'd use the cartoon white. I already own MP-13 but cartoon white would've been an excuse to own another lol.

    Acid Storm looks...interesting, as posted earlier. I'll still get it.

    Oh, I don't know...maybe because for the import prices of Soundwave and his tapes shipped (+$300) you could almost purchase TRU MP-10, TRU MP Thundercracker, TRU MP Acidstorm and TRU MP Soundwave with ALL 5 MP Cassettes at US retail.
