I think I watched a different T-cats than you. I watched a show that had 26episodes to its season and only got half way through the plot. 26 episodes and 3 out of 5 or 6 gems, really?

That show got canned because it went nowhere and fast and I'm sure it bored kids to death.

I will admit the show had a heap ton of potential and was more entertaining than the original show but it's just that there came a point where the show stopped moving forward and it went stale.

It's just a common theory. Originally BH was supposed to be 16 episodes. Then we're told 13 episodes and a movie who's running time is close to 3 episodes. So it seems pretty logical.

Or Voltron Force. Which surprisingly wasn't Cartoon Network for once.

Stinks that we have to have a break after the first four seasons of Season 3 but at least we know when it'll come back.

I'm bummed that it's ending but at the same time I'm SO thankful that it's being allowed to end on a good note instead of being cancled. I'll miss TFP without a doubt but maybe the next show I'll like even better. Can't wait to see more of this universe! :D

At least the series will come to a conclusion rather than being cancelled in the middle of the plot. I'd rather the series end now then get cancelled half way through a fourth season.

I think this series was always intended to be a 3 season show. That being said I'm looking forward to the next incarnation of Transformers. I've loved every American made show (G1, Beast wars, Beast Machines, Animated and Prime) so as long as it's still American made I'm sure I'll enjoy.

I'm with you, I loved every American Produced TF show (Beast Era was MADE in Canada ;P ). I suspect the new series will be an American production because China will have their own seperate series being released in 2014 as well.

Oh shit I just had a thought. We are overstaturated with toy releases as it is, what happens when we have a movie and TWO shows going on at the same time???? LMAO

Can't blame them on wanting to stretch it out a bit, since the BH toys are just hitting the shelves.
Also lets the last season soak in a bit more, intead of it being over with too fast.

The show got really good ratings, even after Cartoon Networks forced six month break with very few re-runs. They killed the show because they weren't making it, and they weren't making any money off of it. The show was doing great, but Bandai screwed up their toy-line, and Cartoon Network doesn't know wtf it's doing anymore...

Yeah it sucks, but I keep hearing that it will just go into another series. The voice actor of Shockwave and BW Depthcharge has said on his face book page not to believe the rumors that its not a end ending. That something else will be on the horizon. Unless he's talking out of his butt.

That's the thing.. in their strategy, keeping things fresh allows new members of their target demographic to hop in at the start, to replace those that are getting too old and lose interest.

Is it "dumb", or is it just because YOU like the show? No flame, just sayin.

Cartoon Network sucks ass. I have never seen a network jerk shows around like they do. Green Lantern, Young Justice, and Thunder Cats(when it came on) that have had solid followings get time slots and air one episode then vanish for 3-4 months then come back to announce the shows are getting cancelled. WTF.

"RE: Wrap party for Prime... All I'll say about that is, don't believe the rumors... a lot of what I've seen written about the supposed demise of Transformers Prime just isn't true. Stay tuned for details!!

So, as many suspected/knew. The future show is going to follow on from Prime, like Hasbro said (regarding the aligned continuity going forward)

Autobits sounds like fun. I hope Teletoon does a encore presentation featuring the Autobits. I love behind the scenes stuff.

I don't get why everyone's so concerned and speculation-y about what'll happen with Prime.

Hasbro's made it clear that they're fully invested in the aligned universe. TFP will end in time for the fourth film, and then afterwards we'll get a sequel series, which will follow on from Prime but act as a soft reboot to allow new kids to get into it.

It just seems odd that they would make such big changes and investments into the cartoon and toyline (Beast Hunters) - and then just scrap it all after an abbreviated season.

It's kinda like spending a bunch of cash and time to rebuild the engine in your car, then putting in storage - never to be driven again.

But who knows, maybe some elements of BH will carry over into the next cartoon. You KNOW they'll get more mileage out of the figures (remolds, etc.).

I really hope Beast Hunters will be something fresher. The past two seasons of prime have had some good individual episodes, but the product as a whole literally has nothing happening.

Considering that Beast Hunters (The toyline) is likely intended to last till at least the Fall, spreading the season out seems like the logical way to do it. Wrapping things up in October with the movie.
