Well,do you think Longarm seem like a better repaint choice from the Trailbreaker/Hoist Mold? (especially with the hoist tooling and all)

Not sure what your point is here. I never once claimed that the mold looked like either one of those Arcee designs, merely that I think it would work for an Arcee toy.
Who said it was a dream?
I would call that the "pipe dream" in this situation. I too would prefer a new mold for her, but realistically I think any Generations Arcee figure will most likely be a repaint. I'm suggesting what I think to be the best mold for the job.
I disagree with you about Arcee, but definitely agree with you on the suggestions for Bee's repaint to be Cliffjumper. At least when it comes to the Deluxe. I'd be fine with Bee's new Legends figure getting a Cliffjumper repaint, but the Deluxe should definitely be someone else...someone who needs a Classics style figure and hasn't already gotten one.

My point is that neither Bumblebee mold looks anything like any version of Arcee. It just doesn't work. At bare minimum she'd require a complete reshelling, and that's even assuming she transforms the same or is even still a car.

As for Longarm, I haven't given it much thought, besides getting annoyed by how often you're bringing it up MrSoundmeister. :p  I guess it could work, though I don't really care. I'm surprised anyone cares about Longarm beyond him being a disguise for Shockwave.

I really wanna wait to see how the Takara Blitwing will turn out because I need to own the very best looking version of that mold. It's just too perfect to miss out on or "settle" for anything lesser than satisfying for me.

Which makes TC an automatic pass. I'd like to get Starscream sometime, but getting TC too is utterly pointless with no Skywarp to go with them. And I'm not paying import prices for FoC figs.

I'm just sick and tired of Hasbro and Takara, as you said, playing halfsies with the seekers. Either both companies do all 3 or don't bother at all.

    What is this?

Is this supposed to be from that Bionicle rip-off Bumblebee?
Oh wait- that was a jet, wasn't it?

Is BB getting a triple changer treatment?

I'm happy to get thundercrakcer, It's cool to have the trio complete.

BUt it's going to be kinda annoying having to mix him with a metallic skywarp. I'd rather all flat color or all metallic, i just want them to match...

Hoist has been a big want of mine he was always a favorite of mine as a kid. I just hope they add the orange tow parts to his back, thats always been an iconic part to him for me....

A mini-mini-con, really. Since this guy and Prime are Cyberverse scale, their little targetmasters will be tiny!

Also, kind of funny how this figure (with its Jolt-esque helicopter buddy) adds yet more material to the figure-8-shaped homagefest that ties together Bumblebee, Hot Shot, Hot Rod and Sideburn.

Toy-wise, there isn't really anything different between them other than a Mini-Con port.

But that's actually a pretty big difference as it has to do with the whole very different nature of the gimmick and its interaction with other toys.

And Fictionally, which is more important , they are vastly different things.

-ZacWilliam, and there's the fact at Blaze Master is an established Micromaster character not a mini-con.

That Bumblebee is an homage to his action master toy.

Not exactly. Blazemaster is a homage to Action Master Bumblebee's weapon. But Bumblebee himself is quite different to how his Action Master toy looked.

Does anyone else think that the two gray guns from trailblazers shield weapon may attach to his back shoulders like the original g1 toy? Just a thought.

I'm curious what the distribution per box is going to be like. Hate to say it but maybe for once we won't get 5:1 in Bees favor. One can only hope. Hasbro has really stepped it up this year so far - fingers crossed!
