Hun Gerr could very well be a repaint of the legion class Beast Hunters TwinStrike.

 

I was actually hoping Hun-Grrr would be a repaint of commander Predaking... Ah well. I'll get him either way.

 

Meh, it's just gonna be a repaint of Smokescreen & Twinstrike.

 

Secret Combiner ?

 

Seriously, WHAT pegs? Abominus was the Only G1 combiner I had as a kid...to get a new revamp, with all five members....that might combine?? *falls over*

I had hoped Hun-Grrr and RiD Megatron could share a mold for a Generations re-release.

 

I don't see any pegs, and even if there were pegs how would this combine.

Most likely the five pack will be 5 normal non-combining Legions, if they wanted a combiner they could have just retooled the original.

 

Ehh, ah well....even if that's the case, as long as each of the Terrorcons gets a proper Legion revamp, I'll be happy.

 

Hmm...I hope that these are both new moulds but that may be too much to ask for. Prowl is an easy Smokescreen repaint and Hun-Grrr is (IMHO) 99% a Twinstrike repaint. Maybe we get different weapons though.....If these are repaints it kind of sucks that there are already 2 repaints in just the 2nd wave of toys.

I doubt they could combine, but since I don't own Twinstrike yet, I don't believe there are any vestigial parts to signify a combiner. And hopefully Hun-Grr isn't a Twinstrike repaint.

I can see Prowl as a Smokescreen repaint.

Would have been cool with a cyberverse commander as Hun-grrr and the other Terrorcons as legions, too bad.
I'll probably buy the Hun-grrr legion even if it is a repaint of that Twinstrike/Sinnertwin. I dig the Terrorcons and take what I can.

I wonder why they didn't make Hungrrr and Cyberverse Commander ?
Unless he is and he's smaller and the rest of the price point is for his combiner kibble.

Though it's quite possible the individual toys will not combine with out extra parts and only the box set one will.

I hope they make 5 distinct toys and don't cheap out with double use of the same limb moulds.

If Twins Strike is an arm then his front legs and beast heads might be a hand and his pins in his back legs are how he attaches to Hungrrr,

Which means he may not require any kibble and can't scramble city into other places other than as an arm.

 

Man, I hope Hun-Grrr's a Commander class figure.

 

Prowl and Hungrrr are most likely repaints, they do things by halves.

Hope at least they have sufficient differences.

I've been wondering about Ultra Magnus's inevitable appearance on the show, hope they're are other characters with him.

 

Don't think it would that hard to have the yellow guy above be a limb. Neck raises & is the foot. Put a hole in his butt for the peg on the body guy to plug into. Dragon legs just fold up on the sides. Pretty simple.

 

I don't mind a G1 like Smokescreen or a Blue Bluestreak as well as a Prowl from Prime Smokescreen. I suspect that the one that comes with the Skyclaw is based on Binaltech/Alternators Smokescreen.

Heck a cop car Prowl from the deluxe would be crazy (but cool) too.
