So far I think the voyagers we have seen from the FOC line have been pretty hefty and chunky. While Grimlock definitely suffers in alt mode I think it is safe to say for the most parts the voyager line has been some of the strongest FOC designs we have seen yet. Only time will tell how these guys will turn out, but as someone without any form of classics-ish Springer or Astrotrain I am very excited for these designs.

Interesting. Will wait to see how these turn out. I wasn't too impressed by FoC Soundwave/Blaster, to be quite honest. Grimlock, I'm kinda lukewarm toward too. But triplechangers? That's intriguing. I already have FP Defender as my go-to Classics Springer, and GDO Springer as my TFP Springer but I'd be up for a Sandstorm redeco of this potentional FoC mold for my Classics Wreckers display. Astrotrain is an odd choice too but potentially bought depending on how he's designed. Hopefully Blitzwing and Octane/Tankor aren't too far off either.

 

Oh wow, finally something official that truly catches my interest. Can't wait to see how Springer turns out. Not that interested in Astrotrain cause I love my Henkei one. Normally I'd be pissed about them getting FOC alt modes instead of earth mode ones but my current Springer already has cybertronianish modes so I don't really care.

Also I hope the size doesn't ruin them for me, because the FOC voyagers are pretty big and I don't want a Springer taller than Henkei Optimus. But if they were deluxes, they'd be tiny. Sucks how with this line it's one extreme or the other.

 

Holy shit balls, YES! I was assuming the FoC characters were done. I'll be getting these but I really want to see pictures of the toys. And hopefully this means more deluxe molds for other characters too!

When is the next event where Hasbro will be revealing stuff?

And since RID is set on using the WFC/FOC/already existing toys character models maybe that's a hint at how his FOC toy will look like?

 

Yeah but technically that isn't Rodimus, that's Hot Rod, they only used Rodimus because they have a trademark on that name   as for UM, well that's what the City Commander and Classics version is for  

 

Meh, I'm happy with Warbot Defender and Classics Astrotrain. I'll pass on these.

Was Astrotrain even in FoC?

Played the campaign and don't remember him being in it. What are teh odds that these are new Generations figs but not FoC designs?

 

Neither of them were in the game.

 

Seeing as how some of the recent FOC releases have been non game characters (Magnus, Blaster, soundblaster, and fireflight), maybe there's a chance we will get this as well?
