i hear ya, i was drinking the scourge kool-aid for a while, but he was first to go once MP Soundwave and Sideswipe came out

now just holding a Slipstream and Jackpot, with this new delay, may drop as by the time these come out i expect a firesale on ebay people dumping them

will see how "sought after" Joes do once they come out in that sub...

Sorry Pete, was being sarcastic with the madness here, I appreciate the input though.

Big surprise. When it comes to delivering a good experience, the Club is a joke.

From all appearances, Hasbro appears to be just as unable to manage its business which should make it no surprise the Club is not held to any form of standard.

If they could go a year without significant delays, last minute surprise figure issues, or other even more costly screwups, I'd honestly be so shocked I would probably be thrown into another dimension.

The track record here boggles my mind. I wouldn't stand for it for 5 seconds, but then again accountability is big where I come from.

Yes, there is a separate account page for the Subscription Service, which I believe is here: https://www.mastercollector.com/fss/login.cfm?eid=3

I say "believe" because I've tried logging in just now and it won't let me. It just keeps giving me new Captchas to try.

    Hmmm...

Is anything ever their fault? I haven't seen the TFCC take ownership for ANYTHING that goes wrong. Even if it's not your fault, just say "sorry, we screwed up but here's the deal". Ugh, it's almost as entertaining to watch TFCC trip over themselves time and time again as it is watching Manti Teo constantly proclaiming he was duped.

Hopefully this means that one of these 6 molds is getting released as something yet unknown by Hasbro.

But it's not THEIR fault. It's somehow OUR fault. It's probably because of all the calls we are making to them in utter anticipation over the figures. They just can't handle the influx and we should probably knock it off. Surely they can't handle the responsibilities of overseeing the production and deal with us at the same time...

    Serious question:

What makes these toys different from the Club exclusive figures from past years, at least where the "friends overseas" are concerned?

Yeah, they should've posted on their page, emailed it out, then hit Facebook and Twitter with the message, to make sure that everyone knows. Can't say that I'm shocked that it didn't happen though.

i get that you preferred 2 toys a year, but some of us like more, and the concepts for 5 of these 6 really hit me in the right spot, so i prefer the subscription. but either way, there's no way to make everyone happy.

yeah, I'd like to know that as well. Seems like they're just getting out 6 molds, instead of 2, maybe that has something to do with it? but that's purely speculation.

how about those of us who stayed with them and have no complaints?

What sense does it make for a person who saw the message as it was presented to complain about all the ways it wasn't?

    Seems ok to me.

    SOmething went astray.
they make an apology and notify us as soon as possible.
have to wait for a shipment a few months longer.

sure I dont want to wait, but I always find people with a lack of faith confusing.

The club so far has delivered on the figures they have been designated by hasbro to release.

It seems like a lot of angry people are asking for there not to be a club, for no figures to be made/

If someone else had been able to do a club with toy exclusives better with hasbro they would have end of story

I don't know if that's necessarily the argument. It's how TFCC has had another delay/lapse/letdown/whatever you wanna call it. They're not reliable, doesn't matter who is involved it is still the TFCC that will take the fault for this.

Honestly, I've been expecting this. I know TFCC will deliver awesome figures, but if I give them my money I kind of expect some type of letdown to go along with my toys.

There would be an easy way, let us order each figure seperately. I likely wont renew my membership since they dropped the 2 figures/year that I used to order. I have no interest in paying for a subscription when I do not want over 1/2 the figures being offered.
